Salary Delays, Bad Work Environment, Poor Managaement and Salary withholding.
In my experience, salary payments were frequently delayed, sometimes by around a month. My employment agreement included a 15-month service bond and a 2-month notice period. When I resigned after receiving another job offer and was unable to complete the full notice period, my pending salary was adjusted against the notice period as per the employment contract. they withheld my 2 months salary.
I learned nothing here as there is no leadership, u have to do everything on your own. no work culture, no activities. the HR doesnt care about employees. although fellow colleagues were good, but the management keeps them directionless.
I also found communication and planning to be lacking. There were very few team discussions, meetings, or opportunities for collaboration, and the environment was very negative. which made it difficult to learn and grow professionally. Personally, I did not find the work environment positive or well organized. worst experience i ever had in a comapny.
