Brilliant service

Ordered an electric tractor and trailer for my grandson for Christmas. Arrived by courier 4 days later. Very happy with quality and price of same. Customer service was brilliant very quick to reply to any queries . Would highly recommend Mocca baby .

Great experience from start to finish, they called to confirm order and delivery address which was extra comfort when placing the order. Toy has not yet been used, took a while to assemble but looks & feels good quality.

Great communication tech team very helpful well please with the kids 24v quad my great grandson will be made up at Christmas

I bought the Mocca Baby GO Compact stroller & I love it, the pram is really stylish, sturdy, smooth to push, and easy to fold — perfect for getting in and out of the car. Highly recommend the girls in the store who were really helpful. Customer service was fantastic and fast delivery. Their nursery sets are stunning too!

Mocca Baby was recommended to me by a previous customer. I arrived to the shop for my private appointment (this was a bonus that they offered this) Adrianne dealt with myself & partner. As a first time parent I didn’t have the first idea of anything I needed or the options out there. Adrianne spent over an hour demonstrating every product and going through the different bundles there was to offer. We settled for the ultimate bundle which was a brilliant option as this included everything we needed from the nursery set , travel system right down to our baby’s bath. Everything we needed in one shop.They also offered delivery and assembly which was a plus that took the stress away of us doing it when trying to prepare for our little one The delivery team took such care in our home when setting everything up & even took all the rubbish away when finished.
Would highly recommend Mocca Baby for a stress free friendly service.

Pram was top quality. Loads of room underneath for bags etc and feels very sturdy. Fast delivery too

I discovered Mocca Baby through their videos on instagram - it was a video on a baby bundle offer that grabbed my attention. Very informative and none pushy sales staff made the purchase for me and my partner even more enjoyable! The delivery team was great throughout the process and kept us up to date and delivered and built the nursery furniture closer to our due date. Which took a huge pressure off me! Brilliant experience from start to finish, and we will be back to purchase some of the new ride- on toys for our eldest boy at Christmas time. Thank you again to Adrianne and the team!

Great company to deal with. Got a bundle here and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything was built and delivered to an excellent standard.

Have been trying to contact the team in order to initiate a return but no response as o couldn’t find where to make a return on the website. Communication from them is really bad and I’m not happy about it.
