Terrible experience
I had a bad experience with Mode di Andrea. I ordered a Loro Piano shirt for $330. The cut was far too large and I already ordered the smallest size. I immediately followed the instructions for a return and received a $261 credit. The fees to return items are very high. I will not do business with them again.

Your comment is slanderous.
You paid $27 for shipping from Paris to the USA, this is non-refundable and is clearly stated on our website.
Regarding returns, we have a returns section on our product sheet which clearly states the return conditions. If you've misread it, it's not our fault.
Also, if you use our return label, you'll be charged the same price as for shipping, as indicated on the product sheet and in the general terms and conditions of sale.
Last but not least, you never bought another size afterwards, because of course we could have offered you delivery for an exchange.

Very good place to enjoy nice company and a lot of luxury choice based on shoes, bags and clothes, I spent 2 hours in the store talking with a very professional manager which knows the story of every items, and the top of the top is a family store since 1982, so they have the real taste and experience of luxury !
