Purchased a wig from the website, then I got an email saying "unfortunately the price on the system is wrong and we cannot sell it for that price" and wanted me to pay more....very disappointing

this is totally unfair review by you. You was given the opportunity to purchase the wig at the right price due to the mistake of the pricing, we reserve the right to amend our pricing if a mistake has been made, (also if you have checked on other websites, you will see that our prize is still one of the best) we gave you a good offer and you refused, you asked for your refund, which you received straight away…your action is totally unreasonable and unfair. If we see a mistake in our pricing we reserve the right to change it immediately and to notify the Customer and try to work with them to reserve the matter, you didm’t take up on any of our offers. The wig was mistakenly sold for £77 when it should be £100… on other websites it will be over £110 to £125. We send you a email to explain what happened and why we couldn’t sell it for what you initially pay for it…. We wouldn’t have made any profits on the wig if we would have sold it for £77, basically giving you the wig for free..
This is a respectable family business, we always aim to make our customer happy so please don’t try and harm our good reputation because of your lack of understanding and spiteful behaviour.
