Great quality product delivered on schedule. Love it!
I had no problem with the assembly of the chair but others might need some printed instructions.

First Class product and excellent service when I discovered there weren't any instructions (anywhere- I did look!). After a few wrong alleys I made it and everything fitted exactly!

This from an ex-pat Irishman living in Scotland - the delivery exceeded expected dates ...........and, it is so comfortable - You should try one!

... somehow I missed the "gas kick" of the highly anticipated chair beside the annoyance, the helplessness of the company - specifically Mike and Chris - they understood my problem, apologized, and replaced the shortage as soon as possible I write from that chair :)

I’ve bought off of Modborn a few times now. The delivery took a little while as we ordered quite a lot of chairs. But the quality and finish was first class. Their aftercare service is also very good and they always got back to me with any query so would highly recommend them.

After a year of service of my chair, I had a issues with a gas strut. Replaced with no questions and delivered asap via USPS.

Purchased Eames style high back leather soft padded office chair over 2 years ago.
