Love the mods the app makes it easy to use and customize to each game mode love it

I have ordered titan 2 device from hipshotdot website order number is 29875 order stay in confirmation status for 3 days until they said it's dispatched I was contacting them everyday no answers so don't expect any customer service and I wanted to return and cancel my order when it was on the way but like I said no one answer your inquiries I have done some internet searches I found out that moded zone own the storefront of hipshotdot so both of them doesn't answer to emails orders handling nothing no customer services at all so it was the worst time I buy anything online and it won't happen again fyi it's 9 days now the order isn't received yet and no one answer how to return or refund

I bought a very plain jane controller because I liked the led thumb sticks. In less then a year the right thumb stick stopped having any micro movement when aiming. Pretty much needed 20% imput in movement to register vertical movement and when when it does it's all all in one burst. So pretty much has no function now. 90 day warranty isn't gonna cut if just about anything would make it past then. Considering I spent $100 on what was a $50 controller with led thumb stick and a simple graphic. At this point in less then a year I spent $150 in controllers I could've just bought a better product and saved being annoyed. Probably a luck of the draw considering the reviews but if you actually use then controller and not casually game a few hours a week avoid the led options I imagine that was the root cause.

Sometimes the controller wants to work during cod and sometimes doesn’t. You’ll want to sprint and it won’t let you. Rapid fire will turn your gun into a slow motion shot

Easy to use, works outside as expected, definitely can see the difference. Would definitely recommend and buy from seller again.

I haven't had a single problem with the mods nor controller and it's an amazing controller to use

They sent me a controller with stick drift and when I reached out to them to let them know it was a bad product I got ignored and they never responded

experience with the MZ Titan controller has been great overall. The controller feels solid and comfortable in my hands, and the build quality is really good. The paddles feel natural to use and make movement much easier, especially in fast-paced games. I like how responsive the buttons and sticks are, and everything feels smooth while playing. I haven’t had any issues with it, and it’s definitely improved my gameplay and comfort during long sessions. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the controller and glad I chose it.

Such a great controller. Had to order another one. Great quality they really do a great job. When it comes to custom controllers. I've been using it for 20 days now love it.

It’s been 3 months since I ordered my controller and there’s been nothing but problems. I had to pay a hefty amount to send it back and get it fixed only for them to return it to me and be broken in a completely different place. I’ve been going back and forth with them for months and they’re taking the piss and not getting back in touch with me. I complained about having to pay to return my controller to them and still getting it back broken and they said they’d send me a return label so I didn’t have to pay the price, it’s been over a month and I’ve still not got the return label and they’re now ignoring every attempt at me getting in contact, it is 100% NOT worth the price and this company is shit I recommend looking elsewhere for a DECENT controller as the controllers are far from even that 🤦‍♀️

I like the mods it’s just a bit confusing to get the least amount of recoil in apex legends but it still definitely helps out a lot, I was practicing without the mods n with the mods n without the mods I was struggling more to hit my shots but with the mods on I was able to hit more of my shots went from being able to hit 60-70% of my shots without the mods n with the mods i would say I hit 80-85% of my shots

Works well if you already have a preference in mind for the game
