I've bought two watches from Moody's & have been very happy with what they sent me. The delivery is not particularly quick but the watches are worth waiting for. The custom built watch was exactly as I ordered - and has attracted some compliments. Good watches at Great prices.

Can't reach anyone, product is not satisfying and you can't return it.... just waste of time and money... super annoying!!

This is a great company I had ordered from a while ago. I bought a gift watch for my boyfriend and he loved it, quick delivery and easy as someone living out on a farm. Very very good costumer service and great company

I’m giving Moddys Watches 5 stars. The main reason is the quality of the watch I received. It really is top class. I was a bit sceptical before ordering, but those doubts were completely unfounded once it arrived.

That said, even with a 5 star rating, I do have a couple of small gripes. First, some basic instructions would be very helpful. For example, how to open the clasp took me about 20 minutes to figure out, and setting the time was not immediately obvious. Unscrewing the crown is not the most intuitive thing in my opinion, maybe it is for people experienced with higher quality watches.

Secondly, the shipping was very slow. I’m based in Ireland and the watch seemed to take a long route, going from Spain to the Netherlands and then to Holland, where the tracking appeared to stop updating for a while.

Overall, though, the product itself is excellent, and that’s what matters most.

I've bought several from these guys. Yes one got lost, and another was problematic but the watches look OK. One thing to point out though is that the straps are poor quality - and dangerous. Ive notified them about two of my straps that rotate at the first link where they join the watch, which exposes a really sharp edge. My girlfriend mentioned that id scratched her with my watch and couldn't understand it until i notice what was going on

The watch looks great and the delivery was ok, no issues. However, I have tried to remove some of the links to adjust the size of the bracelet and followed the instructions provided and failed. The watch has now gone to two separate watch jewellers an the also have failed to remove the links. I wasn’t expecting this additional cost and although some would argue that the product is robust, there is no point in having a good looking but poor fitting watch. Still not resolved so a little frustrating

I just received my Seikomaster 007 watch and it is stunning. Just like the photos depict. Fast shipping. Well packaged.
The only downside was that when I looked at the tracking, it showed the watch had come from China, not Spain as stated on the website. Maybe Moddy's could shed some light on that one?

Ordered 2 watches from Moddys which arrived today, absolutely excellent watches that I will be confident to wear in London without the fear of losing, I was sceptical when I ordered them but although they took longer than I expected to arrive, they were definitely worth the wait.

The watch came and wasn’t the watch specification I requested. I was then refused an exchange or refund. Very dissatisfied with the product and the service. MDYS-20801

My first order: flawless. Perfect watch. My second order: terrible. Last mile delivery PostNL sent my order to a random post office in the city, I was never notified, sent it back to Moddys after a week. Never got the watch, nobody is actually reading the mails. Talking in circles with support@. No proof of delivery. Super frustrating.

Absolutely terrible experience. The watch itself looks nice, however I was unable to adjust the strap because all of the screws are already rounded off. I cannot understand how this could happen unless the watch had already been used or previously tampered with.
Because of this, I am unable to adjust the strap to fit my wrist, making the watch completely unusable.
I contacted the seller, but they responded by saying I cannot return the item because the protective plastics were removed. This makes no sense, as it is impossible to adjust the strap without removing the plastic first.
Overall, this is very disappointing. I have been sent a defective item, yet they are
unwilling to help resolve the issue and give a reasonable solution.

All looks good on website but trust me AVOID save yourself the money and hassle.

I have one word to express how I feel when I received my seikojust day date.
AMAZING. I was so excited when it arrived and thought I hope it's not a cheap lookalike but I was so amazed when I lifted it out of the box... The weight of it was the weight of a quality automatic time piece which I also own. The exceptional quality actually blew mw away. I immediately set the time , the day and the date and realised that I have made one of the best investments in years because I feel that these watches will increase in value. Excuse the pun but "only time will tell". The box was 100% quality, The tools to remove links are in the box and so I removed two so it fitted my list perfectly and saved the links incase I put weight on. I wore the watch for the first time within 24 hours as I took my wife out for dinner and I was enjoyed the experience with both my wife but equally with my watch on my left wrist. I am going for the Paneiko next and cant wait. Thanks Moddys.

Unfortunately the watch I purchased had mechanical issues upon delivery.

I appreciate these things can happen, however as I wasn’t all that impressed with the watch I had ordered I sought a refund based on their website.

The company refused point blank to issue a refund on multiple occasions, stating that they only offer replacements once protective packaging has been removed (contrary to their website)

After back and forth with customer service they offered to replace the watch with a different style, however informed me that I would have to pay for the return postage.

I’ve received confirmation today that they haven’t followed through with the replacement as agreed, and have instead sent out the same watch.

Hopefully it works, but this company truly need to review their customer service. It was obvious I wasn’t dealing with a case manager / consultant as each email response would be unaware of details that already been confirmed or ask me to resend details already provided.

Incredibly disappointed won’t be purchasing ever again

Website very easy to use, answered all my questions quickly and professionally, took about 5 weeks to come but worth it. Watch is as expected a good quality for the price.

I worked with this company and completed the agreed task, but I have not received payment despite follow-ups. Communication stopped after the work was done. I hope they resolve this matter professionally.

Really pleased with my 007 watch, excellent quality and communications were also excellent.

Very nice finish, a bit strong Clasp but i guess it Will soften with time.
Long delivery but got uppdatera during the waiting so i never worried.

Will buy againe when i feel a need for a other Watch to the collectio.
