Couldn't be happier!
They had the exact watch I was looking for (Seitona Panda) and also offered a nice discount for the holidays. I saw that yes the tracking doesn't really tell you where the watch is but to my surprise the watch arrived on the very first day they said to expect delivery! The watch is beautiful and the materials used are high quality. I just received the watch so can't really speak about reliability but so far the company has fulfilled everything they said they would so very happy customer here! Thanks!

Do great custom watches!
Watch I ordered was great! Came in a custom leather box with tools included.
Only thing I would say is the item was a week or two late, even though it said it had been delivered on the tracking. Other than that, a great purchase and very happy with the final product!

Chinese scam! Dont order! Its a cheap looking watches worth 20€ max! I wrote them same day that I dont like it and want to return it. I try it on and the bracelet broke! They wrote that I can not return it couse it's not in original condition lol. Guys its a scam, nothing more .

I am very unhappy with the watch.
I am very unhappy with the watch I received.
It is supposed to be a GMT Seiko but the underside of the watch is not sealed as GMT’s usually are and the second time zone hand does not reflect the way I set it. It seems to be moving by it’s own free will.
Also the warranty card has arrived completely blank, so I have no idea who I should contact to try solving the problem.

We have been waiting for the watch for…
We have been waiting for the watch for well over a month now. It is said to be in shipping. I have tracked it, and it's gone from NY to WA. Said it was in LAX. All seems too weird. I am on the East Coast, so why would it go all the way to Seattle, and now it says it's in Colorado? I'm not satisfied with my purchase. The USPS said this is a scam. Looks like I learned my lesson.

Overall good watch for the price
The website navigation and ordering was very easy and reasonable value.
The initial communication of delivery was good but no updates followed and tracking was non existent when checking. Turned up unexpectedly, but very welcomed, packaged very well.
The watch itself has a lovely feel and quality (although time will tell) and was easy to adjust.
Would consider a further purchase so that alone says something.
