Horrible experience, unprofessional client service, misleading website. Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely horrible, unprofessional, and misleading company.
I ordered a shirt that was supposedly ready for immediate dispatch, but it only arrived a week later. When it did, the sleeves were far too short, and both the sleeve ends and collar were misformed. The item was also missing a label indicating the material composition, or any other label.
There is no straightforward option to return the item, you have to contact them directly. Despite their policy clearly stating that returns are accepted within 30 days if you are not satisfied, they actively refuse to honor this. Their claim was that the item is just like described on the website (which was obviously not the case) so I can't return it.
They claim to be a Dutch company, but when I requested a return, I was told to ship the item to China at my own expense. They then stated they could not issue a refund and instead offered a 50% discount on a future purchase. Even after insisting, they still refused to refund the item.
Avoid at all costs.
