Thank you for your order. You placed the order at 6.05pm on a Friday bank holiday weekend. Our cut-off time for same day dispatch of 3PM is shown on every page of Modelcorner.co.uk. You then contacted us on the Saturday to ask why the item hadn’t been delivered. We do not offer a Sunday delivery service and the Monday was a bank holiday. Your order was dispatched on the Tuesday and delivery was attempted on the Thursday. You were not available to take the delivery. Your order is currently at your local delivery depot and we have given you the consignment info to rearrange the delivery or if you like we can do this for you.
