The platform is really great and confidential. You are obliged and so are the casting agencies by the laws and norms set through.
It is very easy to apply, just post your potfolio in whichever casting ad/influence you are inclined and according to the needs you will be called on.
The most amazing part is that there are many virtual opportunities posted which will make you confident even behind a phone.
My recommendation, try once and you will not regret.

good platform to get some extra model work
I only signed up with Model Management a few weeks ago and was definitely doubtful at the beginning, especially after having to pay the fairly high subscription fee.
However I already got booked for two jobs now and had a great experience so far. The payment after the shoot was super quick and the e-mail communication with the support team is great! This website is definitely not a scam, as some people say here.. However it will strongly depend on your model book I think, whether you will get booked or not and maybe also depending on where you live. :)
