Model Scenery Supplies doesn't deliver to Northern Ireland
Unfortunately, Model Scenery Supplies doesn't deliver to Northern Ireland. My understanding is that this is because of the additional costs which would be incurred as a result of the Windsor Framework. It is a sad indictment of the Government that British citizens living in Northern Ireland cannot get goods from mainland UK as a result of the European Union. I had purhased goods from MSS before and found them to be of good quality.

I am sorry you are unhappy with the cancelation of your order, We are too, especially because you are an existing customer of ours.
We had no option but to suspend all shipping to Ireland when the Windsor Framework (customs declarations needed) came into effect earlier this year. The new regulations meant extra work for these orders, and being a very small business we did not have the staffing for and unfortunately our system is not set up for.
We have tried to make this clear to all customers before an order is placed, with a highlighted statement in red on the checkout page, unfortunately you misunderstood this.
We are sorry for any inconvenience, and at no time are we discriminating against any of our cusomers or where they live. A refund has been arranged.
