It was really good
It was really good, I really enjoyed myself, the staff were very warm and welcoming, really helping me to just be myself. They also provided me with refreshments, which I really needed. Comfortable and collaborative!
I had a great time on set through my booking with Models Direct- I would highly recommend the agency!
The communication was both clear and friendly, and I was made to feel very comfortable during the shoot. I had the opportunity to work with a start-up brand who were fresh and collaborative. The experience was fun and dynamic; I hope to have many more like it!

I had a great experience with this modelling agency. They were professional, communicative, and supportive throughout the process, and I really appreciated being considered for a promotional shoot. There was one occasion where I confirmed my availability but didn’t receive a follow-up, which I assumed meant I wasn’t selected—though a quick update would have been appreciated. That said, I understand they can be very busy. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Wonderful and delightful experience.
I had a wonderful experience at the Greene King Pub Chain photoshoot on Friday, 27 January 2026 in London. This was my 5th assignment with Models Direct and it was phenomenal. I enjoyed every moment of the entire photoshoot.
The photographic team were most welcoming, absolutely brilliant and very helpful. They were also meticulously organised, professional and patiently explained each photoshoot to each of us. We were taken very good care of all through the photoshoot.
The ambience was warm, most delightful and so joyful all through the photoshoot. It was such a beautiful experience working with a small group of amazing models who made one another feel like family.

Feedback
I thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the photographic modelling shoot for the Greene King summer campaign. It was a genuinely fun and engaging experience from start to finish. I found the process both interesting and informative, particularly seeing how much planning, coordination and creativity goes into capturing the right atmosphere and message for a campaign.
The team created a relaxed and professional environment which made it easy to feel comfortable in front of the camera. I had the opportunity to meet some great new people, and it was a pleasure working alongside such a positive and collaborative group.
The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout the day. They took the time to explain each stage of the shoot clearly, offered guidance where needed, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Their professionalism and enthusiasm really contributed to making the experience so enjoyable.
Overall, it was a fantastic opportunity and one I would be very happy to be involved in again.

First assignment
I recently completed my first assignment with Models Direct and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. As this was my first shoot, I was naturally a bit nervous beforehand, but the organization and clear communication I received quickly alleviated any nerves.
The information provided in the talent booking form was spot on, ensuring I knew exactly where to go, what to wear for the February weather, and what to expect on the day. During the shoot, the atmosphere was incredibly supportive. The production team and lead provided excellent direction, making me feel comfortable and confident while working as part of a 'group of friends'.
It was truly amazing to combine the joy of being out in nature with a professional team dedicated to capturing that essence. I am very impressed with how Models Direct handled the representation and would certainly accept an opportunity to work with them again.

Feels like a scam……
Paid over £200 to have my son’s baby pictures uploaded. I was told there is no guaranteed work, but I was also told that if I uploaded enough up to date pictures regularly, then he would get views/interest atleast. After 4 years on the site, he had about 3 views. What an absolute joke. Feels like a scam.

This is why in the initial conversations with you and subsequently, through our automated quality control systems, we emphasize how important it is to have a range of updated photos and a complete list of measurements and skills.
Some models we represent do not get selected for work - we make no secret of this, there are more models than work. Modelling is competitive and some models will not be selected by our clients. Models who are not selected will inevitably be disappointed - it's the nature of the industry - same for actors, singers, dancers, entertainers... any form of talent selection.

Legitimate modelling agencies never ask for money upfront they earn only through commissions from actual work. You should be very careful, avoid this agency completely, as it appears to be a scam.”

The admin fee is a contribution toward the costs of including you in our work seeking publication on www.modelsdirect.com, access to which is available to vetted clients only. It is within the law to charge an admin fee for this service which, in the commercial modelling industry where Models Direct largely operates, is quite the norm. When you get to the ‘high end’ modelling world it makes more sense to no longer charge an admin fee but rather take commission only from the high value modelling fees charged. The ‘high end’ modelling industry only accounts for a small percentage of the day to day modelling jobs but does gain the most press coverage which is why many new faces have this expectation when first joining an agency.

registered with this agency almost two years ago and paid an upfront registration fee. I received no paid work during that time.
Recently, I was told I was shortlisted for a shoot with the RSPB. My availability was confirmed twice (including a date change), and I was told full details would follow. After I chased confirmation, I was informed I was no longer required due to “production changes.”
After nearly two years, an upfront fee, no work, and last-minute cancellations, I cannot recommend this service. Be very cautious about paying fees without a confirmed contract.

Unfortunately with the industry bookings can change as I know this was discussed with you previously. A model can be shortlisted and availability will be checked but until the client has confirmed with sign off this is completely out of our hands but we will keep all models updated.

We have had nothing since this date. Please don't waste your money. This has made my daughter feel upset as she was really looking forward to some modelling.
I'm now looking into new company , I have wasted my money here. I have a friend too who does a lot of modelling he has never heard of this company.....
