Used these guys for a bespoke laser cut plywood project. This was the first time I’ve used any such service and 4D model shop have made it a fantastic experience.

Still using royal mail even though they have been unreliable since 2020. I can get over that, but I had to wait 4 days for tracked 24 only to find out that I had been sent someone else's order, the invoice has the intended recipients full details. My order was already time sensitive as is and has ruined the gift as I am not going to give a half finished gift to my friend. I don't understand how their shipping process works, but it should never lead to the wrong shipping label being applied to the wrong package. Each parcel should be getting packaged and labelled one by one, this mistake only happens when you package a bunch of things up THEN put the shipping labels on.
Only reason it's not 1 star is that at least I was offered a refund or a reship no questions asked. Which is great but doesn't help much in my situation considering I'm going to have to wait at least 4 more days for the replacement to arrive and the refund wouldn't help because it won't appear immediately for me to order from elsewhere.
Additional Information: Upon further inspection of the misdelivered item, their order was incorrect as well. So even if they hadn't put our labels on wrong one of us would've still had to call yourselves.
So...long(ish) and short...I've been in the last 14 months learning to do Coreldraw to trace old Radio Control plans....I've struggled to find a .cdr laser cutter company who doesn't insist on .dwg/dxf.....and found 4D model shop.....sent them .cdr drawings...they couldn't open my old X6 .cdr...they said - export the .cdr as PDF and send it through...WORKED...laser cutting examples done, FAST turn around and EXCELLENT communication and support. My new way forward to recreate my old out of production kits and plans....Hobby saviours
