Got an e-mail week later that shipment is delayed for two weeks due to demand. ...
Got order cancelled today march 7 with refund.
Checked their website - they keep selling at $99 per mask.
This is price scam and speculation

I ordered N 95 mask via link on Facebook advertisement. Modern Beyond was paid via PayPal. Being that the news on TV stated that there is a shortage of N 95 masks, I emailed Modern Beyond my concerns about purchase and delivery time. Received an email back within an hour saying my order was cancelled and refunded my money back to PayPal.

Buyer Beware!!! I would give them 0 stars if that were an option. I ordered three N 95 masks that cost $45. After two weeks of no response, I emailed them - you can’t call them- and they mailed out my order. After two more weeks, from SOUTH KOREA, I received three flimsy paper surgical masks. This company is deceitful and I have learned my lesson about ordering from companies not represented on Amazon, or at the very least with the BBB. Just do a quick google search of a company before ordering from them.

This is a SCAM! Do not buy any Corona Virus N95 Face Mask from this company! I purchased 3 mask and paid $100. They will send you 3 very cheaply made paper mask from Korea. This company will not allow returns or full refunds. Saw many postings from other customers who was scammed by this company. Please avoid!

Absolute scam. I paid $120 AUD for 5 N95 Virus masks. These scamming liars sent me 5 paper masks. Not even surgical masks, and not packaged in a sterile packaging. A total rip off. They said the N95 masks were manufactured in and posted from Australia. These masks were sent from Korea and the customs declaration had all five of them valued at $5USD. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ANYTHING FFOM THIS COMPANY

I ordered the N95 mask and received an inferior kf94 masks which can be purchased on line for $8-9. I paid over $60 for two of the N95 masks and when questioned they offered a 50% refund which is totally insufficient. In essence they fraudulently sent me inferior masks hoping I would accept and when caught they dropped the price 50% which still gave them a 100% markup from the inferior masks. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

NEVER received my order. NEVER received any response to any of my requests. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM! NEVER received response for REFUND!

I don’t understand how they do business. They send me a different product and they claim that is what I order. I gave them a review on there website and of course it is not posted because they choose ONLY the good reviews. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I lost my money shopping with modernbeyond.com. I bought an “ergonomic” pillow from Modern Beyond. The pillow was of very poor quality, a joke really. It was advertised with 14-day "try for free at home" guarantee. There was no address on the site for returns. I requested the return address from customer service but was told I only had 7 days to return it. I wrote to them that 7 day limit for return of inferior quality goods is illegal. According to Consumer Contracts Regulations, buyers have 14 days to cancel an online contract. They replied with the same email as before, word for word. I also left a negative review of the product on their site but it was never published. I saw may people complaining about Modern Beyond on Facebook afterwards, saying it's a scam. I was not able to get my money back. Do not recommend. I wish there was "No Star" rating.
