Kristin was able to walk me through the entire process step by step and made every part of traveling to tulum enjoyable and easy! She always had a speedy response and was able to help me with all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend 10/10! Ask for Kristin, she is dedicated to her work and knows what she is doing! Couldn't have had a better travel agent for my trip to Tulum Mexico!

My good friend decided to get married in Cancun Mexico and invited me. I never done a destination wedding, nor traveled anywhere outside of America other than Jamaica so i was overwhelmed and nervous because i didn't know how to go about this adventure. She referred me to an agent named Mike Hart who represents Modern Vacations. Mike was amazing, very friendly, informative and took care of everything, i had questions about the resort, he knew it on the spot, i wanted to do excursions, he sent links of places nearby the resort, he even sent a step by step email on what to do once i landed in Mexico and how to get to my resort, all i had to do was pay and show up. Went to Cancun Mexico, stayed at the Royalton enjoyed my friends, events, as well as my excursions. It was the best vacation I ever had honestly and it has definitely encouraged me to travel more in which I will be using Mike Hart from hence on.
