Received a defective device

Received a defective device. Requested a return. They asked for video proof. I sent it. They then want me to use a different charger on their device at my own expense. Just bad business. It’s bad, refund my money. Your device doesn’t work

DO NOT order anything from this company. THEY ARE A SCAM. I received a defective product and after multiple emails I am still unable to get a refund. CUSTOMER SERVICE is non-existent.

Pleather is not Leather!

I bought a red leather case for my Ipad, last year, 2020. It isn't real leather! It's falling apart at the seams, Literally! It's worth $10 and I paid over $40! They kept sending a "review item" through email! I cannot review anything right away, I have to have something like this (leather case) for at least a couple of months. It didn't start falling apart for 4-6 months! I know leather by the smell, it had/has None! It Another Unhappy Customer!

Terrible cheap quality

This leather I-Pad case appeared to be reasonable quality and looked really nice when I received it last year. However, I soon realized it was not up to the same quality as the leather case I had previously bought from a different company. Within a couple of months the leather edging started stripping off. I contacted Moderno who would neither give me a replacement or a refund. The pictures below are the case at one year old. This case has been used gently and definitely not abused in any way, clearly it cannot stand up to normal use. I would never buy from this company again. Save your money go elsewhere, don't waste your money on a Moderno I-Pad case like I did!!

Moderno Collections is not a legitimate company!

Hey people, do NOT purchase from this bogus company!!!! It’s a scam and a waste of your time!!!
I ordered a leather iPad case and screen protector, and after nearly 3 weeks of waiting, I contacted the USPS carrier. They said the tracking # wasn’t even for my package!!!
When I put their address into Google Earth, I found it is a strip mall in Toronto where a mattress company is. I actually called the mattress place and was told there was no such company named Moderno Collections at that address.

I only wish I had checked the reviews…

I only wish I had checked the reviews on this before ordering a leather case that holds a drivers license and credit card for my new iPhone 13 Pro.. there are many companies out there offering the same thing. I had chosen this one because of the photos of the handcrafted leather, etc. when tracking the shipment it has repetitively shown this message each day for the past six days: Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item

I emailed Moderno and this was their reply: We are experiencing shipping delays due to volume and carrier availability. We apologize for any trouble this has caused but please know your order has already been processed and shipped. As a reminder, please visit your order tracking page for updates.

Ordered from another company the same thing and got it in 3 days! Anxious to see what kind of craftsmanship Moderno has, according to other reviews and how their customer service might handle any dissatisfaction with quality. They have the ability to improve their shipping problems by selecting a different shipping partner and they have the ability to improve the craftsmanship if indeed they are aware of it. The market is too competitive and poor performance is no longer acceptable.

I purchased a new “Premium Leather iPad…

I purchased a new “Premium Leather iPad Case” from this company. I ordered it on January 1, 2021.....it arrived almost 2 months later. But the terrible part is the case began to literally FALL APART in only a couple weeks! My previously bought leather case (not purchased here) had lasted me 4 years. When I reported it to Moderno Collections they informed me that they were sorry for my loss...but did not believe me because they thoroughly tested their products! (and I sent them pictures)! What a dishonest company with crappy products!!!

ZERO STARS. This company should be investigated.

ZERO STARS. MINUS 5 STARS. DO NOT, FOR ANY REASON, EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. Business Model: Spend all your money on SEO, get excellent placement on Google search. Let the orders flow! Send out crap. Do not have a customer service department. Requests for help go into an abyss. Know that customers can't really do anything serious about it bc the loss of $ isn't enough to to be worth the effort. Rake in A TON of money.

I would give them a 0 if I could. I have never received my order. I have emailed them several times. The only response I get is let us look into it. There is no number to call and actually speak with someone.

I ordered a new leather iPad cover from…

I ordered a new leather iPad cover from Moderno. On their website it clearly stated that the sleep/unlock function would work with the cover. When it arrived it did not put the iPad to sleep when the cover closed nor did it unlock it when opened. I contacted them and point blank asked them if it should work. They didn’t answer that question but sent out another no questions asked. The second was the same as the first. So I asked for a refund. They sent a label and I sent them both back. Upon return they charged me for the shipping return. For something that wasn’t my fault. I emailed and asked them to reconsider seeing it was their fault for not having proper info on their site. No dice. So, if you’re buying anything from them make sure it works before you order or it will cost you anyway....for nothing

I purchased a Genuine Leather iPad…

I purchased a Genuine Leather iPad cover on 10/7/20. It is already peeling around the edges and coming apart. But my main complaint is that the indentation slot closest to the front for the iPad to prop up in is not deep enough. If I even gently touch the screen the iPad collapses. I’m very disappointed. I love the look, I love the purple color. But for $39.99 I expected it to function better and not fall apart in less than 3 months.

I won’t buy from them again.
I purchased an iPad case that was supposed to be leather. It’s not leather and is falling apart after only a few months. Customer Service offered me 40% off my next order. Corners are falling off and “leather” is cracking. Very disappointed.

Do not buy anything from this…

Do you not buy anything from this company. Sent me the wrong item and would not even send me a shipping label to return the wrong item. No offer of a discount for the inconvenience of having to return the wrong product and would not send the correct product until I returned the wrong item. Complete joke. Stay far away.

They say they send drivers to pick up the item, but this is never mentioned in my “negotiations” with them over email. Why am I even negotiating? They sent the wrong item! What is there to negotiate? I have never seen this happen. It may be the case for the UK, but not in the US where I live. I have supplied the necessary information to the company to send the correct item. I have little faith that they will. I will be contacting the relevant oversight authorities in the US and the UK and will continue to write negative reviews until the situation is resolved. I have also contacted my credit card company to put a stop on the payment and inform them my card was not authorized to be charged for the item I received. Like I said, a complete joke of a company. Save your money and buy from a more trusted source.

Received Wrong Item, Can't get Exchange/Refund

I ordered a case for my MacBook pro, 13" 2012-2015 series on 9/30/2020. I received a case that was meant for a 17" laptop. Inches too wide and deep. Clearly wrong. I contacted customer service. They insisted I send pictures to "prove" it was wrong, and "prove" I had a 13" macbook. I sent the pictures. No response in days. No way to contact this company.
