Not a good choice
I was willing to wait for the delivery of my dress. However, when it did arrive it did not fit properly. I immediatelycontacted the company and they told me to choose another item and they would send to me immediately. Everything I chose was "out of stock". Hmmm, that made me suspicious so I asked them to just refund my money. I am very angry they have my $139.00 and will not give me a refund!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered the most beautiful white dress on Modeses website. I received the dress, but I did not get the desired look I envisioned. I figured a size up would do the trick of getting the elongated look I love.
When I tried to return/exchange the dress, I was most surprised by the quick offer of having the dress replaced immediately. When I questioned the return of the item I have in my possession, I was told it is gift! I was stressing about this return, as it is my first time purchasing from them. I am very pleased and will not hesitate to buy from this company in the future.

They were not transparent in their lack of desire to allow for returns. They sent me a second outfit still didn’t fit still can’t get my money back. Still can’t return anything because it’s to a country. I can’t even pronounce and the cost to return was greater than the cost of the outfit. I am 100% dissatisfied.

I could do no stars I would, ordered two dresses 2nd Jan, then was charged in different amounts, asked them to cancel order, they replied, why?
I told them, then ignored me
STILL NO DRESSES AND NO REFUND, today 50 days later I get a text saying it’s been shipped, I bet they haven’t been shipped as it says it’s still with them
I dont even want their things, just give me my money back

Dress was too large in an XS
Dress was too large in an XS. They did not want to refund. I was told to go online and order a different size. That was as small as it came. They then offered me a 2o% refund to keep a dress I can not wear. I was then told I would have to ship back to a country that I never even heard of and pay an assortment of fees etc. that would have ended up costing more than the dress. I donated the dress. They should be more up front when placing orders. They have a distribution center in the us where it came from. Why couldn’t I return it there? Never again
