Placed an order on 24th July 2025 it’s now 18th November 2025 and all I have received is excuses one after the other as to why I have not received my order. This could are SCAMMERS keep well away from them if you do not want to loose money. Wish I had an address for them so that I could collect my order in person.
Placed order on 5th Aug. No delivery by 29th Aug. Email sent to support, as mentioned in prior review I too was told it would be looked into. It is now the 2nd October 2025 and still getting platitudes from the support team. A total con company, do not buy anything from Arden and Clarke. Clothes are produced in China another reason not to purchase, this is not mentioned on the website.
They took our money for an order. no confirmation arrived no email . they send patronising response to this email address saying they are looking into your query. 15 days had my money no shirt and no refund ! con artists dont use !!!!
