I ordered and paid for a Mod Blazer with a 5 day delivery. On the fifth working day I received an email stating the order had been cancelled. As yet I have received no refund and on checking their website the blazer is still being advertised availablefor sale. Appalling retailer! Buyers be ware!

Terrible. Laughable comparison to the online pic vs what I received. I filed a PayPal claim but had to pay return shipping. It was a $40. I paid $30 shipping. It’s been over a month and I still don’t have my refund. Total disaster.

The customer service of this company is terrible. It has been over a month and they have still not given me information about how to return clothing for a refund. Their customer service representative, who is only available through Messenger (unresponsive through emails and the contact form on their website is broken), has given me the runaround after multiple messages back and forth, going so far as to tell me to prove the dress is too small by taking pictures of me wearing the dress while measuring the dimensions. What a nightmare. Do NOT support this “business.” The quality of the clothing is not worth the hassle.

This online merchant is fraudulent. They do not adhere to return/exchange policies. After 7 back and forth emails I am disputing charges with credit card company. They refuse to accept a return and issue a refund as their website clearly states they will. They are based in China so it takes months to receive product. You think you are dealing with US company when you order but you are not. The quality of clothing is very low. A 1 rating is too generous.
