My experience was very disappointing
I ordered a pair of shoes from Modivo and my experience was very disappointing.
The product I received was defective, came without the original box, and did not include any receipt or accompanying document. This raises serious concerns about quality control and order handling.
I contacted customer support immediately, and it took multiple emails just to move the process forward. Although I returned the item and the package was received by the company, there were delays in issuing the refund and inconsistent information regarding the timeframe (initially 14 days, then 5 working days).
In the end, the refund was only issued after I opened a dispute through PayPal, which should not be necessary in such a clear case of a defective product.
Overall:
- Defective product without proper packaging
- No receipt or documentation included
- Delays and inconsistency in customer service
- PayPal intervention was required to receive a refund
I would not choose this store again and would advise other customers to be cautious.
