According to the the response of ACC332135, it stated that the reason I couldn't receive my withdrawal was due to my on going open positions. If that is the case, why Modmount Ltd didn't inform me in the first place. Modmount Ltd took so many days to reply my request where the app stated 24 hrs. Disappointed friend.

They widraw all the money that I had without my consent and charged me multiple time to my credit card.

After signing up with the website and deposited 250usd, a senior account manager contacted me advising I need to made an additional deposit of 250usd in order to make a significant gain. After discussing the investment with my spouse, I agreed to withdraw 200usd, its now 6 days and my withdrawal was not approved.

I initially had concerns about joining a new broker, but they exceeded my expectations. Their transparency on fees and clear communication are worth mentioning. Withdrawal times are reasonable, though there's room for improvement in user support during high-traffic hours

Scam!!
First off the article that encouraged me to try this was later confirmed as an AI fake using real peoples names in my community. Also when I had contacted them about it they acted like they don't have control over their advertising agency. Nevertheless, I figured I would try it. I am the type of person who has to know everything and wanted to be taught. At first it appeared legit and they were kind for about two sessions lol! I was setup with Ata at first, their was music playing in the background like it was someone's garage that they were calling from it was strange, nevertheless. Despite having challenges understanding the dialect, I push forward and had to request several times for them to turn the crazy music down in the background. Anyway the short of it is, they had missed several appointment times with bs excuse as to why they couldn't be there, they explained in a short rush hoe to make positions during a big event to which I lost a lot!! After being up alot because they failed to give me a better strategy for closing, which I now know from experience with others. They begged me to add more money and not just a little but a substantial amount. In the end I was pushed off to several different senior brokers each more shady then the next. The last guy Merve took the cake and was a right a**hole narcissist. He was totally out of line the way to talked to. Me and I had to get a bit aggressive to tell him to shut up and listen to me. It was an utter disappointment to him when I exclaimed the cash flow is gone and I was simply experimenting with their platform before investing more money. So glad I did, he finally got the point. At this point I had only had approx $80 left and turned out I made more when I didn't take their advice and followed my own except for the end which was completely my fault as I left a risky position which Iwas fine with but anyway didn't get back to the PC in time to salvage some of the money so I had less than a dollar left. I wish it ended there. Instead it took me over three months to finally get them to close my account and delete my info after they would repeatedly harasses and ask me to put more into the account as if no history with the customer was recorded, I felt like it was groundhog day. Each time asking them to stop calling and delete my account!! What a horrible experience pleas e forget this company it is crazy shady and try others that are more reputable. The irony is I remember later looking up on trust pilot for their reviews and it 1.3stars or something like that less than 2. And now it has climbed, I'm sure it is not though legitimate customers. BEWARE!!! I am using IBKR and the experience is professional!

I, Kudipady Kunhi Ahammad opened a trading account on 11th September 2024 by making an initial payment of usd 250. My trading account is 169290. They showed me big profit and when I requested for the withdrawal of the profit, Their financial department didn’t approve it and pressurized for deposits and it went up to usd 7250. They are scammers and manipulate the positions to show more profits in order to encourage to make more deposits and eat up big amounts. Now when I recalled the deposits through my bank, they credited only usd 1190 and balance of usd 6060 remains. I have initiated legal proceedings against this so called Trading platform Modmount. I take this opportunity to educate all the viewers and all those in active in Social media to beware of this scammers. Please don’t fall victim to this platform. I also call upon the government of Seychelles to cancel their license and put them behind bars.

I would not like to even rate it with one star. All their promotions are fake and it is nothing but a scam. The agents are only interested in getting you to put in more money - no support that is promised many times.

I already wrote a review but I could not add the last point. when modmount called me today, they said they would pay out the lost 170 someting dollars, provided I signed a form and removed the trustpilot negative review. is that even legal?
it's a total scam! I am still sorry for being unable to remove the last star! how many negative reviews could they suppress like that? I am not that corrupt that I let other people being scammed fore some 170 dollars recompensation!!!

SAVING YOU FROM LOSING MONEY LIKE I DID ALSO WHEN I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH ONE OPERATOR WHO WAS “helping” ME I MADE A DEPOSIT OF 500$USD AND I HEARD CLAPPING IN THE BACKGROUND SOON AS THE DEPOSIT HIT.

unfortunately I could not put 0 stars. too risky for your money and it takes too long to get your money back. too many useless emails and no explaining of the investment principles. the only aim of the discussions is to invest more money. it should be illegal! they sent me my new password printd out by email! red flags! I finally got paid out after liquidating all my assets with losses, otherwise they would not pay me out. they contacted me but gave no further insights.

It was so urriblem when so call huhamed was arrasing me to increase my capital. he so rude and on professional telling me to sort out money anywhere and add to my capital. This is why I iniciate witradwar but my money haven't been transferred to me yet. I need the support team to look in to this.

The worst company in the world! They took my deposit plus my profit. They refused to reply to my email and pretend nothing happened. Totally cannot be trusted. Don't ever be fooled by them!

I responded to an ad I saw on FB to request further information on their offerings. I was sent an application form to complete still assuming it was to provide me with further information. I then received a call from someone saying they would talk me through the application process and assist me to set up my account on their app. I immediately stated that I was only making an enquiry and was not going to be rushed into making a decision as to whether I wanted to proceed. The agent was very friendly and assured me that there was no pressure. After the call I received calls, sometimes 3 or 4 a day trying to get me to make my first deposit. After a week I emailed in response to a messaged I had received from the account manager advising that I didn't want to pursue matters and to cancel my account. I still continued to receive numerous calls from them every day until on Christmas day evening at approximately 8pm I answered an unidentified number and the account manager started shouting at me and demanding that I explain why I didn't want to continue. I very politely said I didn't need to explain myself it was my decision but he kept on and on telling me I had to tell him. Then he said I needed to pay €250 to cancel the account. He became increasingly loud and was very rude. I simply said there was no way I was giving him a penny as I had not committed myself to anything. He was extremely rude to me so I just hung up. I followed up immediately by email saying I wanted my account closing immediately and that I didn't appreciate being badgered on Christmas day by a rude account manager. Do not get involved with this business. I would hate to think how things would end up had I paid them any money.

MODMOUNT IS NOT REGISTERED to take our money.
This company keeps using different numbers to call you. When you asked them why numbers different and why cannot see their real face in Zoom, they will give you excuses saying that they are calling from company phones and using company computers. Their numbers started with +44 XXXX XXXXXX (United Kingdom), +91 XXXXX XXXXX (India), 6XXX XXXX. Beware!
I have received calls from +44 7944 231842, +44 7701 421245, +91 94605 83161, 6035 1804, and a lot more.
They keep contacting you almost everyday and ask you to Zoom call with them, share screen with them and pretend to guide you genuinely and professionally on how to start using their platform to invest.
Slowly later, after days and months, you will kind of know a little bit on how to invest yourself using their platform and could have made some profits from some Closed Positions. (You can click on HISTORY at the bottom to check your profit/ loss record for Last 24h, Last 7 days, Last 30 days and Last 365 days).
All your sweet small profits you have seen on the platform will soon turn into a disaster. In fact, you may have successfully withdrawn and received some money in your credit card or bank account.
However, good days never last. They made you opened a lot of positions, and they are unable to be closed for many days, you will see your SWAP (fee) keep increasing day by day. Until somehow the SWAP keeps rolling bigger, because of all your pending positions, you can see your profit is in negative red figure, they will tell you it is not a loss but current market trend is going opposite directions than what you have opened in the Position), until one point after long wait and your positions still not closing, they will tell you your Margin Level is at very low side (a.k.a. below 200%), you now need to top up fund to support your positions, or else there will be Margin Call.
Also, one suspicious thing is when you want to withdraw your Available Funds, they will say it will affect your FREE FUNDS and lower your MARGIN LEVEL. Even if you were able to withdraw, it is just a very small sum of money, e.g. US$1,000 once in a while, versus your capital of US$50,000.

My Trading Account No. is 14591X. All my money has gone in less than 3 months. From US$53,000, it has now become 0! This is a real experience from me, started from 17 Aug until today (6 Nov). The 2 scammers whose fake name were Rehana & Melvin, your life will be no better off every single day from now onwards, because Evil will be punished!

All the positive reviews here is from India, they have been paid to write good things about ModMount.
So TrustPilot, please be smart, double check and do not remove my genuine review. This company should be blacklisted and warned in every country because it is indeed a real scammer. Do not let more and more innocent people to fall into their trap. They have scammed my money, my hard-earned money, totalling about US$53,000. This is the worst lesson I learnt in my life!

I have tried out numerous trading apps and no many have been able to meet my requirements. All I really need is a stable trading venue to execute my trades and for those purposes they are working excelently. The mobile application is super helpful in my day to day monitoring. Keep up the great work guys!

I have made registration 5/6weeks ago. Initially I did deposit $250 to open an account and my account manager Haidar assist, help and advice me to invest in good assets. Upon his advice, I increase my deposit to $11,500/- and so far I have made $7,700/- profit including $830/- withdrawal which I already received. Even though it takes 2 to 3 days time to be reflected in my bank account. He also explain about margin level, free fund and exposure. Thanks, definitely will recommend this platform.

By accident I opened a position with another trading paiir. luckily i made money like that. I feel like this is meant to be after that haha. Lucky me hopefully soon we will be able to go after more profits!

Modmount is a SCAM. They prey on vulnerable elderly people. Tried calling back the phone numbers they call from and they are all spoofing numbers! One number we called back was a small business owner in Pahang who had no idea who ModMount Services Ltd and Solutionsque Ltd were. We have tracked the calls and they all go back to India not Malaysia where we are based. Hence all the positive reviews are from India. They scammed my elderly parents of all their life savings. Beware!! We have reported these company's to Seychells FSA. The Malaysia police authorities have also been notified and sent out a warning to the public about these companies. Trustpilot please acknowledge these companies are SCAMMERS and do the ethical thing and let the Trustpilot community know.

Update 26/10/24: please see IOSCO website warning of Modmount being an unlicensed company. Also updated on Securities Commission Malaysia on the - Investor alert list.

Modmount's reply has said my parents was not a customer. Please do not believe any of their false replies. This is my parents customer number: 86934. Do not fall for their trap. They will try and take the truth down. The more we put our experiences on trustpilot we get to shut this evil scammer company off the face of this world.
