What a shit quality after 20 days of waiting we received plastic crap from China. Returning this item was more expensive €62,50 than the rubbish itself.
Don’t even try!

scammer company using staff to mislead customers. Pictures on the site do not reflect what you buy. Article I received way different from what it was originally advertised. Sizes are very small. Returning article to China costs you more than the article itself.

I waited very long for my package. Endless email exchange with this "company" inviting me to be patient.When the Item arrived I was shocked about the messy package bag. The Item was absolutely not what I ordered by the picture on the website. It was much to small. For refunding they offered me at first to keep the stuff, give as a gift or resell it !! I would get another Item for 12 € fee ... I wnated to return. Now I have to pay at least 17 € on my own to send this stuff back to China ! Awful ! Never buy on this website !

Very poor quality and not able to return items. Escalated the case to nietbezorgd.nl

Don't buy anything on the webshop. I am already waiting 2 month to get my money back from returnshipment. They promise a lot , but still waiting for my money. Got return address in China, cost me € 25 for returning the parcel and still waiting for get refund. I contacted "niet bezorgd"

ordered a dress but didn't fit and it didn't resemble the picture. Wanted to return it but I first had to make pictures in order to get a returnform. Then i had to return it to chine (costs about € 65 for a € 29 dress??). there is an emailaddress in Holland so emailed several times. In the returnpolicy on internet it is not clearly mentioned that you need to return to china. only in conditions it is mentioned. I can only advise never buy something there

This is a fake shop from China, they also make the fake sites Noamode.nl and House of Gentlemen. Do not order here, they take your money and send fake items.

Don’t buy from them. The sait is fake. For return isn’t possible. The sait has to be stop. The quality is 0%. Only lies.

It’s totaal disaster. I ordered on 29-11-2023 en I still didn’t receive the package. I’ve never experienced such an catastrophe ever

Shipment took over 2 weeks. Product not nearly as described. I wanted to return, on their website they clearly state it's possible but they are now offering 20% payback instead of a return adress. Hence i cannot return.

I have been scammed by Modoo!!!
I ordered some orthopedic shoes with a very poor quality, amount of € 120,- .So I wanted to return them and have a refund of my money. First of all I needed to pay almost € 30,- to send it back to China. When the package arrived in China (July 2023) no one took the effort of picking up the package so they can claim that the did not receive the return sended shoes. Management of Modoo did nothing to help or put some pressure of the supplier. No we are in November 2023. They only offer a discount for the next purchase.
So be warned; very bad quality of products and no refund of money

Don't buy there! Bad quality send from China. If you want to return it you must send it to China, paying the sending yourself. It never arrived and you don't get paid back

Malicious webshop: They have sent something fluffy of no quality that hardly looks like shoes. Almost impossible to get a refund: after many questions via diverse emails they propose to send back your items on your costs via Track and Trace to China. Please be sure to avoid these scammers.

Ordered a dress that looked great on the pictures on the website. Shipping took much longer than the 5 days mentioned on the website. It arrived after 2 weeks. The dress didn’t really look like on the pictures…If you want to return it, you first have to send pictures to get it approved for return. After it is approved for return you get a return form with an address in China… so it will cost you over 40€ to get it returned to China with a track and trace… so don’t order with this shabby website!

Terrible company. it looks like it is a Dutch company but in the end everything comes from China. If you want to return, you get some vague address that is not recognized by shipping companies. Never buy anything here!

This website should be close down. They scam people, in the name of publishing nice clothes out there. What they sent to me don't even worth €10 in the street market. Google please do something about this site. They design their website as a Netherland website which is a big LIE. They are criminal. So dem angry right now.

Bad quality product. Comes from China and do not look at the article from their site.
Wants to return it to them.
Need to contact them to receive the return address and then it seems that I need to return it to an address in China.
You can only reach them per e-mail (phone numbers are not correct).
