Good experience

I ordered 3 watches and they were all of great quality! I had to re-size them, and the tools that were sent with the watches made it simple.

SCAM COMPANY!!! Never received my watches and their customer service which claims to be out of Florida, is NOT in Florida. They are either in France, or China. They provided me with a tracking number EWSQY251115000016YQ and claim the carrier is Uniuni, but the confirmation email with the tracking information claim is FF logistics, a mailing partner in China. Everything about this company is a scam and I am now trying to dispute a $588 charge. ABSOLUTE SCAM! BEWARE!

The watch itself was fine. Ok for the money. What was wrong that INFRURIATED me was there was cheap, thin plastic surrounding the entire watch band. I tried multiple methods to get it off and most of it WOULD NOT COME OFF.

The dedication to providing a positive experience is not existent. Your support line is more concerned about following process versus satisfying the customer. When asked. A couple days after order, id the could change/remove “Seiko” the answer was no, we can’t change anything once ordered. After than, a week later I got an email saying my watches were in for being built. There was a week to make the change and satisfy a costly. Another week later I got an email saying my watches were almost ready to ship. That is 2-3 weeks that my request could have been honoured, but, process won’t allow me. If your employees are more focused on process you’ll never reach customer satisfaction.

Giving them one star because I never received my second watch, first watch I received but within a week a screw came out, I won’t be buying from them again nor do I recommend this business also the watch came from China not made in the US.

Quality of product is really good with Seiko movement. Thorough testing so you are covered a quality product. The look is spot on with compliments already received for my Seitoma Panda with white rubber strap. Next timepiece will be ordered from Modsera without a doubt.

I bought three watches from this company, and at first, they acted like a top-tier brand. Constant updates, great communication… until something went wrong. The second I had an actual issue, they vanished.

One of the watches got water inside — something that should NEVER happen — and their support was a complete joke. The only contact options are email or a chat that takes 12–15 hours for every single reply. I sent over ten emails and didn’t get so much as a one-line response. Nothing. Radio silence.

When I finally got someone to acknowledge me, their solution?
I have to pay out of pocket to return a defective watch because they “can’t print a return label.” Seriously? A company that can take my money instantly suddenly can’t figure out how to print a shipping label?

Their exact words were that they “attempted to print a return label” but it “is not going through,” and that “management will process a manual return.” Translation: We don’t feel like dealing with this, so you foot the bill.

So to recap:
– Watch failed under normal use
– Support ignored over 10 emails
– Chat replies take half a day
– They expect the customer to pay to return THEIR faulty product

This company was amazing right up until they needed to stand behind what they sell. Then the mask came off. If you value your money, your time, or basic customer service, look elsewhere. I’ll never buy from them again, and I’d strongly advise anyone reading this to do the same.

I recently purchased the Sky-Dweller watch. The overall look and feel of the watch is very premium, and the build quality, finish, and design are impressive. It definitely looks great on the wrist.

However, the main issue is that the key functionality of the Sky-Dweller is not working. The inner dial is supposed to rotate, and the bezel should rotate to activate the inner dial, but this feature does not function at all. Because of this, the watch is currently only working as a basic watch with a date display, which defeats the main purpose of buying a Sky-Dweller.

Apart from this major drawback, everything else about the watch is really good. If the rotating bezel and inner dial worked properly, this would have been an excellent purchase. Unfortunately, due to this issue, I am disappointed with the functionality.

I ordered a mod watch that looked good. I received it with fast shipping and it looks better in person! Excellent communication via email from them every step of the process. Fair prices and it keeps great time. Highly recommend!

Beautiful watches, great price and quality is amazing

Absolutely awesome pricing, deals and support team. Already bought 3 watches and looking for the 4th one this Christmas! I can only get 1 more watch before the wife gets mad :(

Purchase Process great. Kept up to date the whole time, (Order Received, Under Construction, Shipped and so forth)
Frankly the watches look great. Only issue I am noticing is they do not have the 40 hour "hold a charge time" as advertised. If I take it off at 11pm and get up at 6pm, the watch will have stopped running at 3 or 4 am. Kind of a pain but not the end of the world. For 200 each (buy one get one) what can you expect? My wife and I both have real Rolexes and frankly they don't keep accurate time worth a darn!!! Off at least 5 min a month.

I purchased a GMT watch and instead of the Hour hand and date moving they do not move in position 2. What happens: In position 2 the GMT hand when turn clockwise moves and when counter clockwise the date changes. A true GMT function working just the hands are on the wrong gear.

Easy to k ow what’s going on with new products, easy to navigate site

The consistent updates from the time of order to delivery was very appreciated and uncommon anywhere else. Delivery and first glance of the watches was superb as well and a little surprising how good the fit, finish, and function of the watches is, I will be buying more

Haven’t received them yet because of just ordering them. But the process were easy and the watches look very well put together! Can’t wait til mine come and will definitely give another review
