Modsera kept me updated throughout the process, from the time of purchase to delivery. The watches were well packaged and worked well.

Ordered the “buy two, get one free.” And was only sent TWO watches. I’ve been in decent contact via email with support and it SEEMS like they are shipping the THIRD watch but I was supposed to get shipping info today, I emailed to check and no response. I love the two I received but there is room for improvement when it comes to logistics, communication, and clarity with customers and within their manufacturing team. Hope I ACTUALLY get my free watch given it was the one I was most excited for.

I ordered a Panda on 10/31. My watch was delivered on 11/6. I received email updates almost daily about the processing and shipping.

I love this watch and have received compliments on it. The size, style, feel and function are great. I’m buying another style from Modsera soon.

I did not receive an owners/operators manual so you may need to work with customer service to adjust the band and set the watch if you are not experienced in the functions. My experience with customer service was great. I typically had a response via email within 24 hours.

Great watch!

Quality is great for the price! I already got a complement about it. The band feels ok and loosened up and fell off but found the screw was loose. I was able to tighten it and check the rest of them so far no issues. The watch is great looking and keeps winded up for a decent amount of time. I will buy another soon!

The watches are incredible in quality and appearance, the movements are extremely durable and reliable. Will definitely be buying more as gifts for my family.

After I placed my order, I got regular updates on the building states of my watches. They came in faster than I thought and were great quality. No issues for me.

Ordered 3 watches with 3 extra bands like the site allowed. Then they removed all the bands I added and altered my order without notifying me and added a band I didn’t even want to I emailed them to change the band and they did (at least that’s what they said). When my order arrived it had the band I told them I did not want. I sent an email letting them know I received the wrong band and I have yet to get a response saying they will fix my order.

Watches arrived which was a relief. Shipping process was a little weird and deal timer on the website resets everyday. After looking at some redit reviews I thought I got scammed but everything came as advertised!

One of my watch clasps needs to be pride open with a tool, the tool that come with the watches don’t really work, and the price is okay
