Such an easy and fun process!
Working with Jerry at Modular Closets was a breeze! I was appreciative of his creative insight to make the configuration the best it could be with the space provided. A few times, when I had a question off the cuff, I never hesitated to reach out, and his response was quick and thorough. Shipping was quick and as promised.

Worth it!
Our experience with Modular Closets was great. Went through design using their online tool which satisfied my need design my closet without talking to a human. Delivery was as expected and on time. It took a weekend for us to put the closet together and worth every minute. The difference is absolutely amazing! My only feedback is the rod is set so far forward it made the closet look a bit ugly. We drilled our own holes to set the rod back and love the result! We had to use customer service for a board we broke and they replaced it very quickly. Highly recommend!!!

Worth the money.
The company's representative responded to my email quickly assisted in designing my closets quickly. They were reasonable and gave me a fair price. The closets came in a reasonable amount of time. The directions were a little difficult to understand however, we were able to put it together and install them. They were a perfect fit for my closet. Everyone who visits talks about how good they look.

Look Elsewhere unless you have money to burn
1. Products are cheap press board with an even cheaper coating that will chip, even at the lightest touch;
2. Due to the VERY low quality, the price is outrageous;
3. I had to reach out multiple times to get all of the directions to even assemble the custom-sized set I had purchased;
4. The holes for the hanging rods are at THE VERY front of the closet so if you dont want to lose an extra 6" - 12", you'll have to drill your own closet rod holes;
5. The cabinets dont have any pre-assembly connection. You get boards (that you have to cut down to size; made of the same cheap materials) that then have to be make-shift secured to the pre-fab, assembled closet pieces.
Would never recommend the company, ever, given their prices. This is "box store"/IKEA quality for big city pricing. My advice is to look elsewhere.
The 2-stars are for the help figuring out what we wanted and building the computer version of their pre-fab system. It was a C.A.D. program that does not, at all, explain the pricing.

As explained during the design process, the corner bridge shelves are intentionally left un-drilled so they can be trimmed for a precise, custom wall-to-wall fit. I had a great experience working with a designer to create our closet layout. She took care of ordering all necessary items. The design tool was a bit challenging, so I was grateful the designer could walk me through my modifications in real time. Everything shipped in good condition, product is good quality.

Repeat customer…each a dream closet!
We went through many iterations of design until it was just right. I had a lot of questions and all were addressed and I built a dream closet! This is the 5th or 6th closet I’ve built with modular closets and each has been better than the last.

The material is good
The material is good, and I have more space to walk around my closet then I expected. I did have a design flaw, the hanging section is too close to my door and it makes it difficult to utilize the area and close the door. If the folding tower was next to the door instead, the closet would be more functional.

Beautiful Closet
We love the new closet. The materials are sturdy and stylish. Assembly was more challenging than I expected. I am 73 yo and it took me 3 days to complete the project.

The process was so easy , literally just providing measurements. I was able to make changes to the original design based on my needs. The result is a beautiful system that made every inch of my space functional closet space!
