This was my first time ordering from Moeflavor, and I ordered three lingerie sets. I was very pleased to find that they offer plus-size options, which made shopping a lot easier. However, there was a small hiccup with my address, and my package was sent back to the sender.

I reached out to customer service and was fortunate enough to speak with Angela. She was incredibly polite and professional. Angela quickly addressed my concerns and ensured that my package would be sent correctly the second time around. I appreciated how promptly she resolved the issue.

It took about 1.5 weeks to receive my order and everything arrived just as expected. The lingerie sets fit perfectly, and the quality was great. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely order again in the future.

The the recent gloomy bear Collab is absolutely amazing. The fabric is extremely soft and comfortable as well as is technically pleasing. The claws and the leg warmers have adjustable straps to secure them in place. Can’t wait to wear this to the next festival <3

Absolutely loved the Red “Winter Fox” outfit my husband ordered me!!! Very cute, comfortable, and easy to assemble which can get confusing sometimes with different outfits! I could wear this outfit all day! Makes the perfect addition to my winter wardrobe around the house because the neck piece is very cozy! So if you’re looking for a cute, cozy winter outfit, this is it!

I ordered their latest gloomy bear collaboration and unfortunately when I tried the outfit on it was too small. Thankfully, the customer service responded quickly and answered any questions I had. They made everything so simple and easy! Also, the day my return reached them, it only took them a couple hours to send me my store credit so I could quickly purchase the right size! By far the least stressful and easiest customer service experience I've ever had with a company! <3

Pieces are okay but got my order cancelled days before christmas with no compensation for a problem on their end. Not only was the ship date constantly changed from 15-17 without even notifying people who purchased the pieces. This seems so important yet they couldn't even send out an email about the delay. I was told shortly after begging the person for information that a restock would come january 30 but now I reach out again because the moved them to vaulted just to double check because this was supposed to be my Christmas gift and i wanted to know if i should give up on this freaking website and get my gifts somewhere else... Then they told me it was for pending orders?!?!?! Like babes YOU cancelled my order so it cant be pending so why did you make it seem like I would ever get to own the two pieces. I was going to save my review for when I got them but now Ive lost all hope on ever receiving anything from them and I tried to on their website but they litterally block reviews unless you have recently bought something. The price isnt worth the quality and the service is definitely not. I didnt even feel like they wanted to answer my questions about when this would be available. I hope no one pre orders anything or that at least I am the only one who suffered this becuase it is hard to find anything other than a 5 star
