Ordered a couple of different military T-Shirts from the shop which were both listed in there. Order process very simple. Secure payment nice and easy too.
Order progress updates received and dispatch confirmation too. Delivered within the hour timeslot given by the courier.
T-Shirts are exactly what I hoped for, although far better quality that I was expecting given the price (£8.50 - £9.50 per T-Shirt with embroidery).
Simple to find what you want, order process very easy, communications good and delivery prompt. Really can find any fault with the company from start to finish.

No confirmation of order email. After hearing nothing for a month I re-ordered. Within minutes I realised my error (that I had made a duplicate order) and used their online contact form to cancel the duplicate order. Received an automated response on screen to say message received. 2 weeks later I receive 2 sets of items on the same day. I subsequently telephoned them explaining that I had cancelled my contract with them when I used their contact form. They acknowledged that their contact form on website does not work. However, they accept zero responsibility and said my fault as I apparently should have telephoned them. Shoddy service all round.

We ordered off this site and 10 days later our card was used fraudulently. We are aware of several other people that had this issue. The company confirmed via conversation with the School (who recommended the supplier) They made a few statements saying we are looking at it doing x and y but when I (web developer) checked I could see in less than 2 minutes what the issue was. It seems that no one is actually looking at all. There are free online services that check for hacks even a 4 year old can check.
