I ordered shoes which never arrived. Don’t buy from the company

I ordered a watch that never arrived, my mails were blocked, so were my posts of the FB page,they made a joke of not caring and basically laughed at my face. Very rude, probably never sent the item in the first place because they were so smug about not caring. Probably a total fake company I'm very sorry I trusted them, only because the payment was through amazon so I thought they were legit.

ordered pair of shoes in size 10/45, they shipped 9.5 - too small. Support does not respond to emails - moey is lost. Never again ! Do not order in this shop. The goods shipping from China, the US$ price you purchase from MOFFT is far way too high for goods from China ! As buying is prepaid, no chance to get your money back if something is wrong ! DO NOT buy at MOFFT !!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes. I ordered 47 size and they sended me 45 size. Tried to send email to support, but everytime got a mailerdamon. I wrote via facebook.messenger, nothing. Email, nothing. I cant reach them.
Dont buy from there!!!

Guys, this shop is a scam! I ordered some boots and they never came. When I tried to reach them, they stop answering my emails and blocked my account. Do not use, you will lose your money.

SCAM! Returned my item well over a month ago and still NO REFUND! The boots were so cheap and poor quality. They are not responding to my emails and no sign of a refund and cost me almost £20 to post them back to China! DO NOT BUY!

Do not buy from this website. They advertise on Instagram and it looks legit. But i assure you, it is not!

Asked for a refund and cancelation of my order after I placed it, and before it was shipped. They never responded for 17 days. I contacted them via email, facebook messenger, and on their facebook wall. When the item arrived, against my request, it was damaged. Poorly made. Poor quality. I posted the pictures and a refund request on their facebook wall and they deleted it. They've taken my money and I'm now speaking to my bank. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Fantastic experience... I had a small issue with my order but Lisa helped me and it got fixed easily. The quality of the sneakers ais also great

I was skeptical to be honest so I was worried when ordered the cool shoes that I saw. Then got my package a few days after that and WOW! Cool shoes, quick delivery, no hassles! A very big thumbs up!
