Got slammed with a shed load of emails
Told them to refund me and remove me from their mailing list
(Which I never subscribed too btw)
And got told it'd take 24 hours to remove me just to keep getting spammed and told this everytime I message or email them

VERY BAD !
I ordered shoes that costed me over 70 dollars.
First, I waited for three months to get the shoes , but worse - after two times wearing the shoes, the broke and the slip sole on the shoe got totally apart .

I sent the picture and complaint to the shop and first they promised me to send me new ones - later after month of not hearing anything, I wrote them and I just got message that they decided not to replace anything, that I can only get some store credit.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, if you do not want to be screwed.

and I will continue doing this, until they realize how to treat customers.

Really poor quality, don't buy from them.

I bought a pair of sneakers and the first time I put them on the laces broke the tissue that was holding them.

Didn't wore them for one minute.

Avoid at all costs! It’s a scam. They don’t even let you unsubscribe from anything (even if you never gave them your email)!

Receiving massive amounts of Spam, some times up to 9 times the same mail in two minutes - pressing the unsubscribe Link only leads me to a product page.
I have never subscribed to them.

The worst website & company I never received the order. I never got my money back and support service not answer on mails , calls, facebook 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Ordered Spikes Exclusive High Top Leather Sneakers, what was delivered was a pair of counterfeit Louboutin. Cheap materials, no leather and literally had the Louboutin logo on it. Super poor delivery service as well. Never buy from these scammers!!!

They deserve 0 stars but that isn’t an option. Shoes took two months to arrive. When they arrived they were ill fitting and made of cheap materials. NOT EVEN CLOSE to the picture they used on their site AND they have sparkles on them. Three emails in and I haven’t received a response as I desire to return these cheats shoes that wouldn’t last a week if I wore them. I would have been better off giving my money away to stranger.

Awful experience. Do not trust. They're Instagram pictures make the products look great and legit. Bought a pair of shoes in November and still haven't received them. Definitely scam. No answer from their "support" email or Facebook.

Erm just don't, incredibly bad company. Cannot get hold of any one for ages, literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced, 3 emails, 2 face book messages, I think I got a reply over 2 weeks later. package arrived 3 weeks after the initial 2 week suggested delivery time, and on top of all this I've basically, and clearly, bought shoes that are worth about £5 but didn't 10 times that.

I spent over $400 USD on this website, and they never even sent my items, won't respond to any emails, nothing. Been over 70 days since ordering and zero communication or items. Complete SCAM - DO NOT BUY

SCAM! Returned my item well over a month ago and still NO REFUND! The boots were so cheap and poor quality. They are not responding to my emails and no sign of a refund and cost me almost £20 to post them back to China! DO NOT BUY!

I ordered some pair of shoes that came way too late. /(79$)
When I could try them, they where not my size.
When I claimed, I did not have any answer after 14 days. Then, they said, I was too late for any reclamation... after showing them the Email back they gave me two options: Send the item to china but I had to cover it myself, or keep the item with a refund of 30%.
I mean, I do not need the item, so why keep it? and if they didn´t hold their word not even once, how can I trust them? I am not paying anything myself awaiting to receive anything from a SCAM company.
Be reasonable, don´t buy with them even their clothes can see very nice on the picture.

Scammy website. Got my shoes, ordered them on black friday, so it took like 3 months. They were the wrong shoes, tried to get contact with them and they blocked me on facebook xD

After seeing a picture on Instagram we have ordered a pair of shoes via the Mofft website A timeline of 12 to 15 working days is given, which was perfect for Christmas.
First surprise, for a price given in euros, at the time of the payment it switched to dollars which will trigger fees for buying abroad.
At the reception of the confirmation email the timeline given has changed to 20 working days. After 15 days we send an email to the customer service to know where is our parcel we never got a reply, and package not able to be found A few days later we finally receive the shoes and, oh surprise again, the color does not match the picture at all. We send a message on Facebook which was seen but once again never got any replies.
We have tried to call the customer service more than 15 times which appear to be busy and would not even ring.
As a summary, misleading advertising, absent customer service, scam!!
80euros for a pair of shoes we are not happy with and do not wish to keep but we’ve got no choice.
Advice, do not order via this website ever !
