Don't use mogo. Should be illegal.
I took out a small loan to help with some home renovations at the time, I didn't have the positive equity in my home at the time so this was my option. First and foremost when they give you your payments please know that 0 percent of the amount goes towards the loan. Also note the extremely high interest rate, borderline illegal I'm sure. I missed one payment once, they called, texted and emailed me everyday after I told them I would repay the amount in 4 days. They continued to harass me and threatened to contact my employment on day 3 which was with intentions to try to humiliate them. This is a predator financial institution and they fact that have the ability to operate the way that they do is an embarrassment to the people in place to prevent this from happening. Stay away from Mogomoney. They're a scam and should have been shut down years ago.
