I ordered a 1.5 ct centre stone ring with shoulder accents and the lovely chap on the phone was a joy to deal with.
The delivery date was accurate and my daughter ( who the ring was for ) was highly delighted with her choice. It's beautifully sparkly and, although I thought the setting and shank were a bit skinny, it suited my daughters dainty hands perfectly.
She's had lots of compliments about the ring and is already saving up for one of the necklaces.

I sent my partners ring off for repair on Wednesday 16th June 2021 and received it back, fully repaired, on Saturday 20th June 2021. The service we received throughout was excellent and the company could not have been more helpful. We have nothing but praise for such a professional, courteous and helpful team and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

I can truly recommend this seller and their products. I have ordered a solitaire necklace and a ring with heart shaped moissanite.

I must say I was a bit sceptical at first and didn’t believe the moissanite stones will resemble diamonds. They do. Period. These stones are beautiful and it’s virtually impossible to distinguish them from real diamonds with naked eye.

The client service is great and there is nothing I can fault - great contact, super quick responses and short waiting time for the delivery.

In short - highly recommended.
