I ordered 3 tubes of a 24 gram product…
I ordered 3 tubes of a 24 gram product and received an invoice for it and then received my package. In the package were now 3 tubes of only 10 grams each without further explanation. Thinking it was a mistake, I contacted the retailer, but was simply told that they no longer had the large tubes, but that I could return the product and get my money back. When I asked if they could not send another 3 tubes of 10 grams so that I would at least get 60 grams instead of 72 grams, then that was fine with me, I received no answer, only that I could return the product again. I would definitely not recommend people from abroad to shop with the store, as they only want to cheat us out of the amount we ordered. Since I need the product, I will keep the 30 grams but will never order from them again. A very disappointed former customer.
