I regret not checking Trustpilot before I jumped in and "bought" a theme. Like others here, I pretty much got scammed into charging my card multiple times as it showed an "API error" after every purch... See more

I think Mojo Market place is Scammer…
I think Mojo Market place is Scammer or failed in administration.
This what happened to me.
They said we are from wordpress. If You buy subscription 49$/month, Your website will be Ok, I bought the service and wrote to them three times. They took the money from my account but no response. I called to my hosting company, they said we don't have connection with them, I have tried the phone they put online. It does not work. This company Scammer. I didn't get no service but I paid.
Such a scam!
Such a scam!! how can WordPress advertise for them. They change your email address so when you call for a refund with in the refund time frame they can say they did not charge you.
It’s a scam
It’s a scam.
I paid for the one-click site install. That was well over a month ago. Despite numerous attempts to resolve things with the company, I still have no site, but am a out a lot of money.
A waste of time and money
I purchased a service and after 6 days nothing had happened and I was told to ring an American number which I did. The call was answered, the person took my details and there was a deathly silence for several minutes before the call was disconnected. A waste of time and money
This is a huge scam
This is a huge scam. Buying a WP theme is fine, I then paid twice the cost of the theme to have it installed "as per the demo" on a site.
This was not done and the work which was attempted unusable.
They have no control over the people they contract work out to, don't respond to emails, their contact email returns as undeliverable and contact us links lead to 404 pages.
Leave well alone and work with reputable companies who actually have some support.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time and money.
Stay away from this scammers.
Avoid this company at all costs!
Avoid this company at all costs!! If I can give this business a ZERO out of five stars I would. Their themes have tons of issues and paying $149 wasn’t worth it as they didn’t do anything. They actually charged me twice, but I canceled just in time to prevent the money to come out of my account. I’m not using their themes again.
They’ve blamed the “API issue” on Bluehost and I had to contact them over four times for them to tell me nothing’s wrong with my site. Bluehost customer service was super patient and kind while Mojo Marketplace customer service was rude, condescending, and not helpful. I’m in the process of getting my money back and doing this website on my own. The demo they’ve done looks nothing as advertised. I should have looked at the negative reviews sooner. I would have saved a headache.
Canceled but reoccurring $1260 annual bill
They auto-billed me for $1,260 for their WP Pro Live for 3 years in a row. I’ve asked them repeatedly to cancel and they will not. I would think it’s resolved and lo and behold, after a year I would get charged the annual reoccurring bill again. They are a scam. I’m trying to get a hold of them right now and no one is responding to me. My next steps are BBB and then legal.
Taken money without consent and won't return!
I bought a theme a year ago and they have charged me automatically another $59 for 12 months support without prior notice or reminder. This is the only theme I have ever purchased that have automatically assumed I want to renew my support and with no way to do anything about it due to the website not allowing me to login correctly. I have spoken to support and they are refusing to give me the money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
support is very poor i pay for for…
MOJO Marketplace support is very poor. They are not responding for 3 to 4 days. and I got Theme after 30 days.
Run away !
Avoid completely. They mislead with beautiful templates and reviews. You cannot install their themes as comes with errors or are incomplete to be installed, probably forcing you in a way to purchase their professional installation and setup services. Another mislead as they will not do it in the time specified. However, not only that is confusing to be in touch with them, but they will not respond and provide you support at all, and their cancellation policy is something like, "maybe you will be refunded or maybe not, will see how we sleep tonight". Disappointing services and to be avoid.
Confusing Process, Long wait times
I purchased a new High End theme and was told that I had 30 days to use the free customer service reps. I was only able to call in twice successfully to get help for 20 mins (why so short?) and would have to call back and wait for another rep. Sometimes the wait would be so long but I, too am working from home. There was an email that stated the actual date that my service to call in was expiring and I missed it by one day. They would not allow me to ask one more question, I would have had to pay $149 a month to use their support services. Not sure how they are still doing this to people but the process sucks. I won't be using them again.
Just wasted 250US$ for a theme that is…
Just wasted 250US$ for a theme that is nothing like advertised and now they are not willing to refund my payment.
Basically a SCAM WEBSITE! BEWARE!
Waste of money
Waste of money!
My blog looks nothing like the demo - it's basically a white page.
Do not buy their themes
Something not quite right about this…
Something not quite right about this business. I tried to buy the Nimva theme but when I submitted my credit card details, the transaction just hung. When I went back to my cart, more items had been added. The registration form looked different to most other shopping carts.
I now see that they also charge you annually. I will have to find another theme - not Nimva.
I tried to pay for a theme twice
I tried to pay for a theme twice, I had two errors, though they taken the money twice? AVOID!
Don't make any purchase from this company, even through Bluehost, non-refundable at all!!!
I purchase a $59 of site theme from Mojo marketplace.com through Bluehost. I originally did not know this theme was from third party. Blue host has a 30 days' refund guarantee, but this theme is a exception. NO refund at all even you bought it and return at the same day. They did not put their non-refund policy at their site, so you do not know at all and got tricked. Anyone who want to buy service through Bluehost should be careful with such a trick!!
NO GO MOJO -absolute crap.
I strongly advise people NOT to use Mojo at all. Their sales patter was exactly what I wanted but after they took the $149 the service was terrible. The guy cut me off the phone when I politely pointed out their bad service for my $149. He was a disgrace.
Then you can NOT get through via email - I got MailerDemon???!!! If this is what you want then this is what you will get. I am taking this to the Attorney General Consumer law in Arizona USA. such is the bad way they interact with me at Mojo. I phoned (Mojo) Arizona 3 times from the UK and was cut off after some time on each call.. this is very costly.
I wanted this deal to work, who wouldn't for $149.
Do NOT use Mojo you will regret it.
Worst customer service
1) Payment is taken from my account every month for 1 year after I cancelled my service in writing
2) No invoices or receipts sent for money taken from my bank account
3) Canceled service finally and a manager was to respond to me regarding a refund. No one ever contacted me.
4) I had to contact them again regarding the refund.A manager finally resolved the issue and said the refund would be completed in two days. That was 3 weeks ago...
5)The manager said the company could not refund the card they had taken the payments from it had to go through PayPal. WHY I did not pay them through PayPal.
6) After not receiving the refund through Paypal I had to contact them again. I was told it was rejected. Why? PayPal cant tell me either.
7) Every three days my service request sends me a message saying thank you this ticket has been open for three days we assume it is resolved so it has been closed.
