I ordered my bike almost 12 weeks ago on August 5. It had the scheduled delivery time of September, and now we are at the end of October with no updates or communication. I've sent three emails since then asking for a follow up, and only the first was answered, 2/3 have been ignored. How long will it be before my bike is finally ready? Absolutely would not recommend.

Dutch custom made design bike. Having visited the showroom and a nice test drive next to the Amstel, I was sold! A lovely bicycle designed to cruise happily. Having ordered the bike, I had to wait (~8 weeks) which seemed to last forever but realizing that this was not just a run of the mill bicycle it was well worth the wait.

Besides having a showroom, you can also call them! No need to “create a ticket”, wait three days for a response and still don’t get the right answer. I called that the belt made some noise and they responded to come by and they fixed it instantly. Who else provides this level of service?

Thanks to the belt no more greasing! No more grease marks on the trousers. So far the bike is an absolute joy and the service is superb. Looking forward for many kilometers to cycle. I highly recommend the company and the bike.

Bought the Mokumono Polder in July 2024 in a custom color Rosso Corsa, Ferrari red. The bike looks awesome with the clean lines and solid build.

The bike rides different than my previous e-bike but after 5 minutes you're adapted. The fat tires makes the ride comfy, the belt drive maintenance free and the battery is easy to remove and load.

In September I got hit in the back by a moped which resulted in a little crash which did not damage me, but did warp the rear wheel in such a way that it was impossible to move. The Mokumono team was nearby and helped recovering and repairing the bike.

As I drive the Mokumono to work, via the polder I do have their additional Supernova light added, which not only looks great but brighten up that dark road as well.

The team and the bike makes you want to buy your bike here. Let's face it, it's a unique design with loads of character. Don't blend in, stand out!

Of all the e-bike brands out there, Mokumono is definitely the best one – both in their quality and beauty of bikes and in their unparalleled customer support. I can not express how amazing this brand is.

I bought my Mokumono bike (a showroom model) around 6 months ago. Firstly, I had sent them dozens of emails before I bought it, with many questions, which Sam patiently replied to.

When I received my bike at the store, which is also where they assemble all the bikes, they helped to make personalised adjustments including changing the seat and grips that I brought with me, plus mounting my dog basket. They did a lot to ensure the bike fit me well and that I was happy with it.

I had to bring it in twice over the last 6 months for small issues but both times I was able to get a slot within the next day, bring it in, and had the issue fixed before the day was done. They even lent me a temporary bike while mine was being fixed so that I would not be without a bike.

For a small team, they have such thoughtful and personal care.

Having previously owned a Vanmoof that took 3 months to fix an issue, plus unresponsive customer support, Mokumono has been a breath of fresh air.

As for the bikes, they ride beautifully. The pick-up is fast, you'll leave all the other bikes behind when the traffic light turns green. The bikes are well-made, and a bonus is that all the parts are sourced in Europe, so you can get the bike easily checked-up or fixed at any bike store, should you wish to or once your warranty runs out.

Wow very good bikes, and very helpful (and honest) staff. Feels like a very trustworthy company so i ordered my bike.

So when i ordered originally my Polder, i was very excited and surprised by the high level of color customization. But unfortunately it took a little longer then i expected for it too arrive which originally bummed me out, but i guess good things take time. Because wow do i love my bike. The way it rides is so smooth, the controlling is just simple and makes sense, you can tell every detail was thought out. Worth every cent.

The philosophy of these bikes is very authentic. Just no-nonsense and uncompromised quality combined with stunning design. And I like the very personal approach these guys have.

I came out in internet reading about the interesting bike developed in the Netherlands which provides agility and exclusivity. I contacted Tom to have a visit and a test ride, I was immediately in love with the bike and couple of days later ordered it.
Unique and exclusivity and a lot of fun with my bike... Great personal relationship with the brand owners and I can recommend them great team and providing innovation every day.
