The associate was very helpful. She seemed concerned that our issue was taken care of. Very professional that they followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied.

First off I am 63, and have 3 other ebikes from several brands currently. My wife and I, ride approximately 1500 miles a season. This tarmac is, really so far a very nice riding and looking ebike. The marketing online stated this bike had both cadence and torque. All my other ebikes are cadence only. So I know this bike doesn't do cadence, not in my opinion anyway. Still fit and finish are great. Rides nice, good brakes, very comfortable riding position. I am using the stock seat too. Riding on pas 3, I got approximately 35 miles before the battery was started to fade to two bars. Could have gone a little farther, but not much. I have just under 100 miles, in three weeks. So far so good out of the box no issues. Resetting the riding time, and trip aren't as easy as it is on several of my other ebikes. In the end, great bike, and one of my favorite rides so far. Very comprehensive, and nice tool kit was also included in the box.

I have purchase four bikes from this company in the past several years and I can say I am very happy with the customer service I have received. When they first started up it was difficult to get through but patience and kindness go a long way. Jessie has been great taking care of anything that I needed help with including a battery issue that he trouble shot with me step by step. Best to email support if you are having issues but rest assured you will get results. These bikes are awesome. And they turn heads. Best bang for the buck. I have no complaints. Love the bike but for that price it should have brake lights wired to the levers

I bought this bike and it was delivered December 17th And on the 22nd it just turned off. I received a battery error 4 code And when I googled it it said it could be because of low voltage issues because the battery is cold and I never got that again and then the bike just turned off. They sent me replacement parts and wanted me to fix the bike myself while it was under warranty and I am not able to get any of the wires for the controller to come out. Both of the dealers they told me to take the bike to to have it fixed because it was under warranty did not work on those bikes or we're going to charge me $60 to $100 an hour to change the part. I have now had this bike broken more days than it was working and to spend less than 30 days.

Couldn't be happier with my Mokwheel Onyx fat tire ebike. Handles whatever you can throw at it. Top of its class in torque. Also, contrary to what I have read online their customer service has been top notch. I would highly recommend!

Ordering process was easy. Delivery time was good and as promised. I chose to assemble the bike myself which was easy. The problem came when I found that the bike was not set up correctly from the factory. It would not shift properly and required adjustments. Customer service was quick to respond but the adjustments they outlined went beyond the simple and required a tech. I requested to bring the bike into a local Moc Wheel dealer for adjustment but was told that was not covered. If I had bought the bike from a dealer, the dealer would have adjusted and repaired the bike as needed before or after delivery. The money I saved by buying on line might have been better spent on buying from a dealer for peace of mind.

The bike itself seems well made, sturdy and huge. Coming from a cadence only bike, I am not sure if I like the torque sensor without the ability to switch to cadence only when desired. The motor transitions are a bit rough compared to a cadence only bike. It is very fast and has massive torque compared to my Rad Rover. It can get my 265 lb. frame up hills on paved, dirt or gravel forest trails that would stall my Rad. The full suspension works well and is a big upgrade for me. Brakes are sufficient, even for this big bike. That said, it is too big and heavy to use as a mountain bike beyond blue or maybe green trails.

The bike is outstanding has very good pick up and I haven’t had any issues at all. I’m a left leg amputee and it allows me to go on bike rides with my kids and enjoy the beautiful outdoor weather. The bike is very sound and seems like it’s built with very good material.

The design of the bike is awesome. The packaging was top notch. There wasn’t anything dented, etc. Something you could improve on is customer support in understanding how your bikes match up to other bikes. During our decision process, we called your customer support team and the woman didn’t know much about your bike or how it compares to other e-bikes.

Basalt is a great bike no problems so far would buy again

We love our Asphalt bikes. The bikes are very easy to operate and maintain. We highly recommend Mokwheel for the recreational user.

The bike was fairly easy to assemble and the quality was excellent. Battery life is very good, allowing for long rides without any concerns. The bike is very solid and I expect many years of fun.

When researching and looking for an E bike Mokwheel was the first company that really stood out. There were a lot of comments out there mentioning horrible customer service. After corresponding with them through email before purchase, I found the responses quick and informative. I’ve had a couple questions after purchase and they have never let me down. There responses a for any problem that I was having was quick. This is a solid bike that’s not filled with nonsense gadgets that a lot of other manufacturers try to incorporate. They included everything needed to get started and the quality is definitely there. We purchased two bikes both Basalt 2.0. We have stretched out our riding distance to 50 miles without any power derogation or fear of running out of battery. If you’re having any doubts, don’t you won’t be disappointed.

Had a problem with electrical. Contacted Mokwheel and got an immediate response from tech team. Sent new part and it corrected problem.

Good customer service to replace a faulty screen. Only needed the bracket as the plastic broke over time, but it was all one piece so they sent the screen with the bracket. Kind of a poor design as it's not modular. Thankfully this was still under warranty.

I was 100% satisfied with their customer service. It seems their customer service has improved dramatically over the past 3 years.
