Excellent IN-STORE service..!

I live in Berlin and needed to buy two Moleskine notebooks customised with my nickname & a phrase on them. I wasn't sure whether I should order them online or if the embossing was possible in the store, so I called the store in Berlin. The store manager was on the phone and confirmed me that they do have the books in stock. She suggested me to go directly to the store (Berlin) as this would be much easier rather than placing an order in the online shop (Italy).
Today I was there and got both books embossed in silver, both looking absolutely wonderful. Excellent service, plus I got a 10% discount as a new customer.

My tip: it worths visiting the physical store..!
