One of the stones fell out of a ring that I had received as a gift last year. The customer care team was extremely understanding about some delicate circumstances and my not wanting to reach out to the initial purchaser. They met me with compassion and sent the replacement stones to have set at a local jeweler which they’d refund the cost up to $100. I am so grateful!!!

I ordered a princess cut set that was gold plated. I didnt realize that it could be so quickly damaged. I emailed the company and they were very helpful exchanging to a better material. They even let me change the sizing that I originally ordered. Im am excited for the new forever ring to come

I have had the pleasure of acquiring two perfectly crafted rings (a diamond ring and a band) from MJUS for my wife. After browsing the mega collection of different styled rings, I found the one I knew my wife would love. I contacted MJUS support via email and asked for specific customization. They were quick to respond and provided me with all necessary steps to finalize my purchase. Given the pleasant experience I had with their support, I was excited to see the final product. Needless to say, it was perfect and exactly as described in the model photos they shared with me. A couple of weeks later I felt the need to get a matching band, so I contacted them again. They provided me with multiple options to pick from that would perfectly match my wife's ring. After deciding on the band I liked most, they created a custom purchasing link just for me because the band was not yet available on the website, and the pricing was fair considering the craftsmanship and quality of the rings they make. I have had experience buying jewelry for my wife, mostly from Europe such as Turkey, Spain. Italy and I can tell you honestly I was never as satisfied as I am with MollyJeweleryUS. My wife can't stop looking at her new rings.

Molly jewelry worked with me to customize my wedding band to my engagement ring. I wasn’t a fan of a few stones on an enhancement band I liked and they switched them out with my preferred stone. Great customer service and beautiful rings

I went through a weight flux (pregnant 3x in 4 years) so I often needed different sized rings as a wedding ring. I'm also prone to losing my rings. So molly is perfect. This is my third ring I've gotten from them and it's perfect in every way. The customer service is top tier, they kept up with me pestering them constantly asking for updates because I'm impatient. I got the snowdrift half carat. It's definitely as small as the one model photo but looks bigger once it's on. Great quality and I'll continue to always order from them because I forever lose my rings and you can't beat the price for the quality. I even got my friend who spent 6k on a custom ring to change her mind and order something through molly because she wanted to switch it up and realized that spending a bunch of money wasn't worth it when she could switch it up whenever she wanted for a great price

I ordered the Pear Cut Natural Opal Engagement Ring Set Crown Bridal Set, it looks so much better that the advertising images just stunning and she loves it.

After discovering Moissanite and its properties compared to diamonds. I felt the quality vs cost just made sense. My only hesitation was the end product because I was not able to see the in person. After receiving the ring, my wife and I were both extremely impressed and would recommend to everyone. This product is fantastic. Do not hesitate, save yourself the money and be happy.

The customer service was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly what I wanted. And the ring I got was amazing! I plan to give it to my wife as a present but I am thoroughly satisfied by the quality and craftsmanship that went into the ring.

Do not buy their jewelry. Most stuff they sell, you can buy for less than $10 on Temu. I am very dissapointed with their stuff plus their return policy should alarm everyone. Red flag - 35 percent restocking fee. Seriously.

Received my gorgeous opal ring and not even two months later the stone fell out. There’s a one year warranty however, there’s a 30% fee to replace the center stone.

Update: Molly Jewelry remade my ring at no cost to me and added additional prongs. Best customer service ever!

Update: we were originally frustrated because it took a few days to get a response, but after working out the issue MollyJewelry US were very understanding and I was able to get the perfect ring that I wanted. Thank you for the customer service and getting my ring back to me in such a quick turnaround!

My fiancé ordered my engagement ring from Molly Jewelry US and it’s beautiful, love the ring. However, it’s too big and my finger turned green immediately. Obviously, super embarrassing situation for a newly engaged couple! We reached out right away and got a response in about a day at first and we were told that we could exchange my ring for essentially the same one but in silver instead of rose gold (gold plated) and also get it resized in the process. After agreeing to this and sending the photos of the current ring, now no one is responding to either of our emails and it’s been many days. I really just want to exchange my ring so I can actually wear it finally!! Help!

While the rings are beautiful they are not very well made, the marquise stones are not set in very well (held in with only 2 claws so are already loose and will fall out very easily).
Also very poor customer service. We contacted them to discuss ring sizes, sent lots of pictures back and fourth with their ring sizer on my hand and knuckle and they recommend a size for me. Bought that size which turned out to be far too small but they refused to exchange without a large fee, despite the size being the one they told us to buy!
It's a shame because I really fell in love with the look of the rings but just they just don't live up to expectations.
