Property Damage No Responsibility

Review for Molly Maid N. Tucson.
HOME DAMAGE. NO RESPONSIBILITY TAKEN. Trusting a cleaning company is a big deal. We put faith in them to not break things, take things and be responsible if the cleaners do. I had engaged them for nearly a year. We had an agreement about a team I liked and was comfortable with. But the last couple times they sent different teams. This last one was horrible. Broke the faucet in my master bathroom. And the door-stop was scrunched up, seal broken. I have to stomp on it, get on my hands and knees and re position it because it's no longer sealed to close the door. Also, dirty entryway after I was clear it was a priority. Though they agreed to hold payment until resolved they charged anyway. And today said they will take no responsibility because the cleaners said it was wear and tear. YES... their wear and tear. I can't use the sink because the stopper is broken and my place is not safe due to the door being broken. No refund, no offer to fix things. I'm out the money for the service and for the fixes. I sent them a very clear video within 24 hours. They don't honor that promise.
THIS COMPANY HAS ZERO INTEGRITY. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Quality of service

Quality of service. Professional and consistent. Have now had Molly Maids of Fresno for a year. Longest time we have had one service. Amelina and Thalia do an excellent job. When we ask to change something, they make it happen.

I live in a studio apartment and can…

I live in a studio apartment and can you imagine myself and two other women in a space of 390 square feet? It is pretty cozy and yet the molly maids ... Pam and Lisa did more than I ever expected. They were wonderful. From the moment they came in until the moment they left they were working. They were alert to my disability and showed care and concern...telling me to be careful when moving around. They could not have been better.

I elected to go with Molly Maids to do…

I elected to go with Molly Maids to do a clean. My parents, who are disabled Veterans, are at the point where they needed to move in with me. I was highly dissatisfied. the first attempt to clean the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a bedroom was horrific, to say the very least. I'll send pics for any who would like to see them. I called to discuss, and, of course they offered to come in for a reclean. The ladies that came in to reclean were completely taken-back by the work their collogues did. The ladies that came in the second time did just fine but, what a hassle this was!! Their first question was, "Is this the third time we've had to come out?" I laughed and said, "No, just the second." My though is that this happens all too often.
I would take a HARD pass on this service. Meri Maids would have done it at half the price, per the quote. I decided to go with a local business as I like to support the community in that way, but yikes, was this a clear bad-choice. 😔

Hired Molly Maid to come and clean our office

Hired Molly Maid to come and clean our Ophthalmology office and they were nothing short of pleasant. The whole team was absolutely amazing and so super helpful with anything we needed. The office was left the cleanest it has ever been and the doctor was so so grateful of all the hard work that went into it. I would absolutely recommend them if you're looking for any type of cleaning services. Linda the owner is absolutely amazing!!

I am happy to recommend Molly Maid (Horsham)

I have found Molly Maid (Horsham) provide a reliable, good service. The cleaning teams are always cheerful and accomodate working around "working at home" when needed. Molly Maid have also provided great flexibility when family illness occured.

Very happy with the way I am looked…

Very happy with the way I am looked after by Robyne and her teams (MM Horsham). I get the flexibility I need when booking dates and the teams do a good job every time. They are professional and non-intrusive, and they take care as they go through the house. I am always satisfied with the result. Definitely a good value investment.

I always feel that the Molly Maids do a good job and if I ask them, will do a little extra thing for me. I appreciate the fact that they bring their own equipment. The house always feels better after they have finished. Although they are expensive I think they are worth it.

Molly Ladies.

Usually 2 or 3 cleaners visit and I find them very thorough in what they do. Bathrooms and the kitchen are left in a manner that proves that hygiene and care has been applied. Fragile items of ceramics, porcelain are treated with the utmost consideration. The staff are always polite and courteous.

I canceled after 18 years because of increase in price, decrease in service, and rude owner.

I used Molly Maids of Laguna Niguel for many years and then that franchise was apparently taken over by Molly Maids of Irvine and Saddleback Valley. I used Molly Maids for a total of 18 years. At first their service, while very basic (cleaning of counters, stovetop, microwave, vacuum, quick mop of floors, quick clean of showers and toilets), was sufficient for the price. I knew they did not move items when they vacuumed, cleaned the floor, or dusted; they did not wash walls, floorboards, etc., i.e., no deep cleaning; however, they used to spend approximately one and a half hours at my home each time. When the franchise was taken over by Irvine/Saddleback Valley, the prices were raised dramatically. Over the past couple of years, the maids started arriving later and later in the afternoon, i.e., close to "quitting time". They would hurry through their work, and it was not always done to my satisfaction. They would use dirty, smelly mops and leave floors unfinished. However, in approximately February 2020, when I brought a poor floor cleaning job to the attention of the new owner, she kept arguing and talking over me. Still, I stayed with Molly Maids for another two and a half years, (out of habit), leaving my Swiffer out for them to use and trying to maintain my practice of getting much of the preliminary cleaning done by myself first (kitchen already clean, clutter moved out of the way, etc.) Molly Maids raised its prices again this year, our income has decreased, and the service was getting worse rather than better. We finally canceled last month (September 2022) and have yet to have our key returned. The owner swears she has mailed the key, but the USPS says no. The owner has again taken to arguing with me instead of politely trying to solve the problem. I would not recommend this company at $152 for a one hour clean of a three bedroom, two bath unit, especially with an unpleasant owner.

House dirtier than before

Caught them standing on our couch cushions wearing dirty street shoes in order to reach a shelf, which was still dusty after they left.

House honestly felt dirtier after they were done.

We hired them for a deep clean of our small 900 SQ ft house, for which they charged $340. When they said they were "done" it was difficult to tell what they did for the last 2.5 hours. Dirty foot prints and debris on the floor, shower grout and tiles still had scum, they didn't vacuum or mop behind trash cans/other obstacles, didn't dust light fixtures, didn't clean baseboards, didn't wipe kitchen backsplash or fridge. The list of things they missed is longer than the list of things they did to be honest.

We had to point out places they missed before they packed up to leave, and even with their second pass at it my wife still ended up cleaning for another 2 hours after they left. We would never consider hiring them or recommending them to anyone we know.

Would've preferred to light that $340 on fire.

Called in and spoke to a fast talking customer service rep who talked over me, repeating over and over what their "customer policy" is, completely disregarding the unique circumstances of our service which warrants more direct customer care. Was refused a refund, and offered an insulting 10% credit on our next clean, as if I'd ever burn more money at this place. On top of that, tried to say we should have actually owed more for the service because the cleaners were there over time, and remember, they were over time because we had to show them all the spots they missed...

My house is spotless now

We have a 4 story house and every time its cleaned, its always perfect. I cant stress enough how good they are. The cleaners always are focused on what they need to get done and they dont skip anything.

Poor Cleaning Job

I work with lots of properties and have always had good service from the cleaning companies utilized. The only company where I have ever had extremely poor quality work is Molly Maid Newport Beach. The two crew members went to the wrong house and then when they finally showed up, they sat around and didn't do much work and then told me they needed extra time (more money) to clean the house. I had the same house completely cleaned by 1 person just a few months previous and the house was spotless when the work was done. I had to have more cleaning done once Molly Maids left before the family moved in to the house the next day. They have a policy of no refunds. I can't recommend them.
