AMAZING customer service, could exchange my shirts - which were too big - quickly and efficiently. They replied and solved my issue on the very same day.
And the shirts are very very nice, great quality, beautiful colors.

Shirt I bought was a bit tight. Quality is excellent !
They refunded for the shirt and suggested I give to a friend or charity.
I will buy again for sure, just a slightly bigger size.

Incredible customer service. I bought two shirts size XL and unfortunately they did not fit me. I asked if I could send the shirts back and either do an exchange or a get a refund so I could purchase the correct size. They told me they would send out the correct size immediately and to not bother returning the XL shirts. They just asked that I donate them to someone else!

Absolutely incredible! Purchased an XL-variant, but this was too large. After having contact they let me keep the XL-Variant and send along the L-variant. The fit of the shirt is great and as advertised. Really appreciated what they did for me her!

The original shirt was too large, so I contacted them for a return/refund. They advised to donate instead as return shipping fees would be cost prohibitive and they sent me a smaller size. I recommend sizing down on the long sleeve men’s shirts. Great customer service!!

Items didn’t fit. They generously offered to provide correct sizes. Also, allowed to donate incorrect sizes to clothing drive, instead of having to return. Class act!

I had ordered the wrong size shirts and they allowed me to keep the wrong sized shirts and get new ones for free. It really surprised me they are amazing.

I ordered 4 garments in total. They arrived all well packaged and in good time. I was pleased with the quality and detailing. I noticed I accidentally ordered a wrong size in one of the items. Customer service were excellent and very responsive. They replied in less than 24 hours and offered to send out a new top free of charge and asked that I just donate the other item. This is a great way to treat customers and build loyalty. I would recommend Mololabel and have no hesitation to purchase from them again.

Placed an order nearly three weeks ago, received an email two weeks ago saying the product was shipped. Still nothing. Won't be shopping here again.
