Horrible I’ve been waiting a month for my items I’m just now received a email saying they don’t have my address. Not to mention they don’t issue refunds even though you DONT have the product.

I am completely dissatisfied with this company's refund policy. The business deliberately hold off giving you the mailing address for returns. This is bad business practice. I'm trying to obtain the right information about the company to report to the Better Business Bureau.

I hate this company! It's been 2 months and I have not received one item. I've requested a refund for my $408 and they refuse to give me. I'm now working with PayPal, I just want my money back from this fraudulent company

I wish I'd read these reviews before I read the ones on their site. This has been a horrible experience. I've received my purchases, but they were of very poor quality. I will share with every forum I can to save others from this mess of service. Due to their poor service and quality, they actually want me to pay more for return than I paid for purchase.

Molylily is a scam!!!! Order placed on May 1st, received an order confirmation email, but nothing else. As of today, June 4th, NO replies to inquiries about the status of the order. DO NOT waste your time and money

I am completely disappointed in my experience with this website. I ordered four rompers that totaled over 100.00 with no product delivered even though the tracking number stated the items were delivered. I reached out to there website multiple times which I only Got the response to keep emailing the same email I had already emailed. I also tried to reach them through Facebook, Facebook messenger and Instagram with the only response being to email the same service email I had already done. I finally got an email back today after three weeks of no response stating according to their records the items were delivered and there is nothing they can do to help and that I should contact the USPS for further help. 100.00 down the drain, this is being disputed with my bank. Please do not waste you’re time or money on this company they do not honor orders not received or communicate efficiently enough without robot messages to make sure customers are helped.

I am requesting a Cancellation ( 2nd request )& refund for order#Order #ML. I understand the pandemic & the the situation, but if a company is unable to satisfy the mailing of a product a customer paid for then the company should notify the client and provide options or a refund. If I've known this company was not based in the USA, I would have never placed an order. Request a Cancellation due to not receiving my items & never received any form of updates or FYI unless I reach out to the company

This company sucks I ordered April 23rd I have not received my order and requested a refund no response until this morning stating my order will be shipped why is there no number to call who is the president of this company. No merchandise, no refund, that is called STEALING. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! This company is a joke. It’s been almost 3 months and I’ve yet to get my items. I’ve contacted them 4 times, all demanding a refund. They refuse, tell me to wait longer and have given me a fake tracking number. Most of their emails are generic & the answers don’t even correspond to what I’ve asked. I’ve filed a complaint with PayPal and am awaiting their response. NEVER. AGAIN.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY ONE DRESS FOR OVER A MONTH, WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING. I HAVE GOTTEN EMAILS STATING ITS BEEN SHIPPED BUT WHEN I GO ON THE SHIPPING WEBSITE, THE TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT EVEN RECOGNIZED. I PURCHASED THIS DRESS ON 4/10/2020, IT IS NOW 5/14/2020 AND NOTHING. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WAS REFUSED.
