I’ve had so many compliments on my semi permanent tattoo and it’s definitely held it ground, I’ve had it for a month with little to no fading occurring.

My tattoo came out excellently. The user and buyer experience is great; simple. The branding of the company is totally cool.

The first time I ordered from these guys I had issues with shipping and being sent the wrong design. It was a bit of the hassle but their customer support definitely made it right with me. Because of the service I tried to order again and things went great. The temp tattoos are great and are super informative for test driving your next tattoo idea. Great job guys, thanks for your help!

Ordered in early November of 2020 and received an email with 'tracking will be available when shipped'. The website says the order will be shipped in 1-2 days. 1 month later, I never received an update. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for covid delays.

3 months later, I tried to follow up after reading 'scam/never came/never got a refund' reviews from other customers. They finally replied saying there was 'supply delays' and have shipped it now.

They have a lack of transparency - they left a customer in the dark for 4 months wondering if I got scammed. They gave me 2 free stickers as an apology - what am I going to do with 2 tats I didn't need and like, would rather have a better customer experience.

Took them 4 months to get to NZ. My other US parcels had no delay getting to me on time.

Product quality is good so far (day 2 of semi perm tat). Great for testing of placement and size of a potential real tattoo.

Wouldn't purchase again for a bad customer experience but the product is good quality. Would try out competitors next time

Ordered custom tattoos back in October 2021 when MomentaryInk was barely rolling out semi-permanent tattoos. After weeks of waiting, I never received my order so I cancelled it for a full refund. However, now in February 2022 when they finally finished processing their new semi-permanent tattoo formula, they remembered my order and still sent my custom tattoos for me to try out their new product anyway! I was super happy to hear that they didn't forget about me as a customer and they willingly sent out my custom tattoos unexpectedly. I got my tattoos and a little sample one to test for allergies. I'm writing this review two days after applying the test patch and so far it was super easy to apply and has processed well. I would definitely order from this website again if you're interested in trying on tattoos without the lifelong commitment.

Debating on getting a palm tree tattoo and this helped make my decision. It worked perfectly

My experience with them was TERRIBLE! Ordered tattoos back in November and never got anything. I contacted support in January and was told they switched over to a new tattoo system or some BS like that, and that since my tattoos wouldn’t be done for another two weeks or so that they’d send me a free one of choice off the website that would ship immediately. A month went by without a single update so I told them to cancel my order. How do you go 3 months with nothing to show for an order? The support team was useless and I will not be using them ever again.

Great temporary tattoo company. My 2 custom designs came out perfect and helped me to decide where I would want to get them permanently.

Took my nephew to Washington Square to see the grave of the unknown soldier from the revolutionary War and he wanted a tattoo to match mine, He's 5 so we found Momentary and gave it a shot , smile from ear to ear ,Loomed better than my real one only draw back the next one he wants it bigger lol

The tatoo was very easy to put on and it looked great. The only problem I had was after the 3rd or 4th day the tattoo started getting dark from skin oils, dirt, etc. It eventually looked like a dirty sticker after a week. Really needs to have some kind of sealer to put on it so the tatoo doesn't change.

Amazing quality, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. They have an amazing warranty policy and after a mishap without any hassle rushed off a new one to us with the same priority mail that I paid for the first time. Incredible deal!

I ordered my items the day after Christmas and expected them to be here within 7-10 days like they said. Customer service said that there were product issues which I understood. It never got sent out from then until today Feb. 7th but when it finally got to my area. I got a notification from the Shop App saying that my package has been returned to sender and that the company will notify me when they get my package back. There's nothing wrong with my address, a family member of mine had packages received today. I am extremely upset, I spent over $25 dollars for my order and it's still not here.

The custom temporary tattoos did take a while to get to me but they are beautiful and exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be ordering more!

Beyond disappointed.

Ordered these weeks before Christmas... was told within a 14 day turnaround. Then was told with 3 weeks... then was told 2 to 4 more weeks. Then was told they shipped... but USPS has updated me multiple times that they are STILL awaiting the item to be dropped off at the Post office...
I.e. 2 full months later... still haven't even shipped.
Update: Received. 2 Full months. Applied... they state the tattoos should last minimum 2 to 4 weeks. Within the first week already nearly invisible. Maybe it depends on placement... one of 3 is still semi dark... other 2 are extremely faded.

I ordered some semi-perm custom tattoos in November 2021 for Xmas gifts- based on their timeline, I figured I'd get it in time for the holiday. It's now the end of January and I still haven't received my order. In reading some of the other reviews, this seems typical. However, customer service has responded to each of my order inquiries- which differs significantly from the other reviews. I would prefer that they reach out to me preemptively to tell me when there are delays. It's frustrating that I have to email every two weeks only to get a response that the timeline has once again been pushed. I understand that custom jobs sometimes take longer and production delays have impacted many businesses. I think Momentary Ink could have handled this much better, specifically around improving transparency and communication. I am hoping this is a legitimate company and my products will actually be shipped the first week in February as promised.

I placed and paid for my order on Dec. 6th 2021. The website said 7-10 business days to receive. I received zero emails from the company after my order was placed. On December 20th I emailed the company about my order, they said it would take 3-4 weeks to get my order. Then I receive an email from them on January 2nd, asking how I rated the order I never got. I wrote an email several days ago stating that I can't review an order I didn't get and it has been radio silence ever since. I am livid.

Do NOT expect the level of speed or quality that is advertised on the website. I placed an order for one semi-permanent tattoo in early December, which was advertised to ship in 7-10 days. 4 weeks later it still had not shipped. I had to contact customer service THREE times to figure out what was going on and where my order was. The first response I got back was a typical boilerplate “Thanks for being patient! We’ll get your order to you ASAP” message with no information about my actual order. The second time I contacted them, they told me that my order would not ship for ANOTHER 4 weeks, which would be 8 weeks total from when I ordered it expecting it to be 7-10 days. They offered an option to change my order to the temporary tattoo instead, and said it would ship in 1-2 days if I chose to do that. Because I didn’t want to wait 4 more weeks, I changed my order to the temporary tattoo instead of the semi-permanent tattoo. It did not ship in 1-2 days. Another week later I still had not received any information about my order. I contacted them for a third time, and they did not even get back to me until after it had shipped, which was another several days, and that message just said something like “We are pleased to inform you your order has shipped!” Long story short, it took over 5 weeks to get my order when i was expecting it in 7-10 days, and it is not even the product I originally wanted. I am extremely disappointed in how long it took to get my order, and I would not have ordered from this company at all if I had known it would take 8 weeks for the product I originally wanted to ship. I have not applied my temporary tattoo yet to assess the quality of it, but based on how everything else was handled, I do not have high hopes. I waited 5x longer to receive a product I did not even really want and was not what I ordered in the first place. I would not recommend this company at all. I chose this company because it seemed cheaper than some of the other temporary tattoo companies out there, but after my experience with them I would much rather have just paid more money and gotten it somewhere else.

I placed an order in the beginning of November... I never received my items or literally any updates past the confirmation email. It is now the middle of January and I still have not received any responses to my emails or my items. It was not a cheap order... VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I had timed my order so that I had time to test out the tattoo before my actual tattoo appointment (where I would be getting the tattoo I ordered but for real), I had to cancel my appointment bc I never got to test out the tattoo before! VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY!
