SCAM - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !
MomentumPeak Trade appear to be a legitimate online trading company but are a complete scam. AVOID. I started in March with £250, things looked like they were going well, and I was pursuaded to invest more and more in order to get "better trading credits". I was told many times that my "savings account" was safe and could not be touched. This is a complete lie. The company drained my accounts, including trading profits of over $800,000. I lost over £70,000 of my personal funds. I posted a review several months ago and was then approached by " customer relations" who are a complete joke. The company has since closed down its website and set this one up in its place, so the hundreds of previous reviews/complaints no longer apply. I don't know how they sleep, knowing that they scam people for a living. Scum.

I manage a showroom in London, and securing a trustworthy offshore account to store our funds was my main goal. They seemed legitimate at first, using forged ledger records to redirect international payments, all claiming FCA regulation. Trusting their polished presentation, I invested £142,000 of our expansion money. However, when I urgently needed access to cover an unforeseen tax bill, my account was abruptly frozen, and the account representatives disappeared. Authorities later confirmed it was a scam website operating as an unauthorized financial institution. Recognizing my savings were gone, I engaged Will Betts,,LP. They traced the illegal transfers and bypassed the fake legal documents, recovering most of my money. The quick, professional intervention truly saved me during a very tough period.

(Long story short) ......I invested with MomentumPeakTrade(MPT) in March 2026, happy to chat to me and encourage more investment but then the bombshell dropped - I was diagnosed with 'terminal cancer' so of course want to put my affairs in order and close my MPT account - that's when the problems started, initially I had to get a Crypto Wallet address (done twice) forwarded with my request and up to date it has been rejected three times. Not a phone call to explain why just a email saying REJECTED. I have tried chatting online not least bit helpful, been waiting for a call from a 'Manager' and nothing to date (maybe today) - I have not the time or the energy to battle with MPT to get my money back.
MY ADVICE IS NOT TO EVEN THINK ABOUT INVESTING WITH THIS COMPANY -----------(this battle has been going on since I was diagnosed late April - and today I've chatted same old conversation with a promise of a call ????) will update if changes are made

The company has refused to return the balance of my uninvested fund. I requested it in late April, when I also informed them that I wished to stop trading. However, they initially, when I wrote a review, denied I am a customer. However, I am now accepted as one, but they are seeking to charge me now for not trading. Its is a said to be a charge for a 'dormant' account.
Further review following latest reply: the company's stock response has been to deny I am a customer or have an account (which is of course incorrect) and to claim defamation - Again everything I have said is true. I just want my money back, and the small profit I have made.
My response: You have sent an automated response. You have previously refused to allow me to withdraw my money. I owe you nothing.

As someone who worked for brokerages, you won't find more professional than this. Brilliant support.
