Little Customer Engagement & not worth the money

Pretty poor, paid $1600 for what was supposed to be a tailored investment recommendation. Got a 15 page report which pretty much parrot phrased back what we had discussed in terms of our thoughts and goals. First point of help was to assist in arranging a mortgage for a new build which they have failed at miserably, 2months down the line and still nothing concrete to offer. Would have been better going to a mortgage broker who'd at least take the commission from the bank....!
