Scam
These people need to look at themselves long and hard in the mirror. I ordered a beautiful gift for my wife from my children and they took my money and ran. No response no refund and stupidly paid on my debit card so no refund. Been emailing them once a month asking for an update and now my emails are bouncing back!

Absolutely terrible I bought 3 items for Christmas on the 21st Nov they did not arrive and I’ve emailed several times no reply at all I’ve tried PayPal but still waiting on refund! Now it seems there website is closed!! Was gutted as items were personalized and would of been lovely gifts! Terrible service!!!

Everything looks so cute on their website..
However, it’s been almost two months now, and I still haven’t received my order.
No communication from company - unless you count an automated email response, advising you to email a different address .. that gets ignored.
Horrendous. Would not recommend.

The company did not honour an order placed in November 2022. Very poor communication.
Advice for others in a similar situation:
If you paid by PayPal then they have just instantly refunded my money. The form was quick (literally 5 mins) and was much more straightforward than I thought it would be - it's the first time I've had to do this. I posted a link to their website and had a screen shot of an email requesting a refund.

Awful. Ordered in mid November on 10-12 day delivery. Item didn’t arrive and they sent a generic email saying I could apply for a refund or continue to wait. I decided to continue to wait and then in January they cancelled my order with no email or explanation. Incredibly rude and I can see on google that a lot of people have had the same problems. I would avoid at all costs.
Bad customer services
Bad customer services, cancels items and can't even be bothered to email or appolgise.
Ordered on 4th of December, with delivery due 10-12 days. I email on 22/12/22 as I hadn't received. Received bounce back email stating they were behind in all orders since black Friday in November!! But they still took Christmas orders?!!
Emailed again 24/12/22 and 6/1/23 and got more bounce back automated replies. Then on 13/1/23 I get a refund email. No details, no sorry, no nothing.
Bad planning and bad customer services sadly
No order, no refund.
Placed an order on 18th November, and had to chase this a month later. I was told all orders would leave before Christmas, but I could get a refund if I needed the order for Christmas. I was happy to wait as its a very special present. I still haven't received any order, or a preview of the order (as requested) and now there are posts on Facebook from the company saying they are deciding what to do about the future of the company, contradictory posts on Instagram saying they will refund "a lot of orders" and meanwhile I've not had a refund or the product.
I've ordered from this company twice before with no issue but now I wouldn't recommend them.

I LOVE Mommamakes. I've ordered from them several times and the clothes have always been brilliant quality. The Christmas jumper I ordered took a while to arrive but they were upfront about the overwhelming demand they'd experienced and I still got it in good time for Christmas. I'd happily recommend Mommamakes.

Absolutely horrible customer service. 0 response when asking about where my order was. 0 sympathy that someone missed out on Christmas presents.
Terrible customer service
Ordered a scarf 1st December 2022, received a generic email a couple of weeks later stating that due to unprecedented demand and due to postal strikes I might not get my order in time for Christmas and I could have a refund. I sent several emails (waiting the 2 day SLA in their auto response between each one) and never had a response and I also never received any other emails from them that they claim I should have received. I took to Facebook comments and messenger and got a response within the hour however the response was lacking in any responsibility on their part and was rude and upsetting to read.
They sent a barrage of messages (to the tune of it's my fault for not receiving emails and for not checking their Facebook stories for an update on their situation) and after having a go at me they told me they'd processed a refund.
At first I was understanding as they were offering a great product, however after zero contact and then to receive the response I did... disgusting.
It is clear they were on the defensive and knew they were in the wrong and then decided to make me, the customer, feel bad about it. Also clear my order hadn't even been made and there was essentially no intention of it being made either.

Was told they had taken too many orders on through black Friday and some orders took longer than others , sorry but 4 weeks ago i ordered these items . Now left with no presents 3 days before christmas.
Scarf order
Ordered a scarf for my mum on the 28th Nov 22 and still not received. It's obviously wont be here for Christmas. If you can't keep up with demand don't offer the services. Even with a postal strike you should be sending by courier
Missing delivery
Ordered an embroidered scarf for wife's Xmas present. Ordered on 16/11/22 and still waiting today 19/12/22. I understand there's been postal strikes etc, but this is ridiculous.
Amazing Homemade Gifts
I bought 2 personalised scarfs & was really amazed to see the embroidered image which was transformed from the photos I uploaded.
I’d totally recommend them if you’re looking for a unique & personal gift or treat for yourself.

Outstanding customer service 🤩
Placed an order this morning and somehow managed to only checkout my basket with only 1 of the items I wanted! I immediately used the chat function on the website to ask if I could add the second item without paying additional postage, not expecting a reply at 7.15am! Except Scott did reply and sorted it all out for me in just a few minutes! Absolutely brilliant customer service! Can’t wait for my sweatshirts to arrive now!
