The Sim Pad 2 is by far the best keypad I have used. Even after 1 year it still functions perfectly. I see people complain about double taps and I have experienced them as well. However, it's not a keypad issue, it's a switch issue. Every time I ran into a problem I just replaced the switch and it works perfectly. A benefit about the Sim Pad is that it's hot swappable, meaning replacing switches is extremely easy. Shipping times are quite long (2-4 weeks) but you can always pay for faster shipping if you can't wait that long. Overall deserving of 5 stars.

I loved the way the simpad 2.0 felt so much that I've had 2 of them. The issue is that after about 8 months, the first simpad I had started double tapping, and now, with the new one I got, it's started double tapping after less than 3 months. Paired with the long shipping time, I would recommend anyone to stay away from this company based on my experiences

Although shipping did take acouple weeks and tracking was slightly innacurate (to the fault of USPS, not momokai). I recieved my device, the cable however did not work. I plugged in a spare USB-C cable and now it works like a charm, good software and is just what i wanted.

So to be clear, the product took 1 week to be shipped which can be understanded when they have lot of orders. Shipping was pain... it took almost 2 weeks to arrive but not stuff's fault. Arrived exactly what you bought. But you should know that some youtube reviews are old. With Simpad v2 now you will not get the case that is shown in some reviews because that were test units. The simpad v2 itself is really nice, the brushed aluminum plates adds some weight to the simpad which is nice, the hot-swap sockets are good. The three additional buttons are little bit wobbly, but by little bit i mean really a little bit, and i have seen more wobbly buttons that were made the same way. The usb-c is ok, a bit short i can imagine that for somebody with desktop pc it can be too short, for me personally it was ok. The keycaps are very nice, but on my unit there were a little dots on the back which are probably lefovers from injection molding, but while it is on the rear side of the keycaps, you will not see it and you always can swap keycaps (and also those dots are like really small, 0.5 mm in diameter max nothing horrible).

The other review was very false and bad because I ordered from here and I got the keypad within less than a week.

I ordered a "sim-pad" for $40. Their "parcel tracker" said it arrived, but it never did. I didn't even get a confirmation email.
I contacted support, but didn't get a response.
