It took very long for them to check the sales (they had it laying there for more then 3 weeks and nothing) and finally when they texted me two of the articles were not in a sufficient quality. But I know one of this articles was great, I think because it was one of the expensive ones they dont want to pay. And now it would cost me 4 euros to get it back. Terrible experience and very poor prices that you get for things. Never ever again, better to try selling it on willhaben, you will get more and it is not such a scam. 1 Star only because i cant give zero!!
The problem with Momox is that their customer department can not or want not read the mails.
Mrs M.C. gives always an answer but not on my questions.
So the problem is not solved.
Service : zero

They did not accept some perfectly preserved books that they claimed did not respect condition guidelines (some spots of humidity on one side): I'm sure they will sell them away as well anyway. Moreover, they keep on loosing some books that were inside of the same box...
Lastly, it is not acceptable to only pay 15 cents for books that were worth x10.

I eventually received a refund from Momox. The email address does work and I received a rapid response to the email message I sent. Issue now resolved

I ordered a game for Nintendo switch and i got ripped off £51 down the Swanny they said they delivered it but they didn’t now that’s fantastic you have admitted that you sold it to me but that’s all what about my refund or another game what are you doing about it

Awful. Order a book. They stipulate a 10 day delivery date. book doesn't arrive. Send and enquiry. No response. Send another enquiry. They respond saying they don't know what's happeneding and i might get the book in 30 days. Hopelessly incompetent and stupid!p

Ordered bradburys short stories, supposed to arrive at 25th March but didn't arrive until now

I sent 33 books and some clothing to Momox. Two big boxes. Momox claimed 4 books did not arrive and 6 were damaged. This was definately not the case. The books they claimed were damaged, were brand new when I posted them all - carefully packaged in a box.
Of the clothing - only one item has been accepted. I am still waiting to hear what they do with the other items which they are apparently still checking!
There is no way of contesting what they agree to pay you, once the parcel has arrived with them. They can state what they wish about the condition of items and whether they arrive or not. The only possibility is to accept the little bit of money they offer. Or pay for all the items to be returned. Win- win for Momox. Lose-lose for anyone using their services

Basically a scam. I sent a ton of carefully packaged and well preserved books to them (for only 10€) and none of them were accepted because they said they were all damaged and now I’m supposed to pay to get them back???

Reply from momox
Avoid. Their books are over-rated compared to typical UK suppliers. If seeking to return a poor product you’ll incur overseas postage costs.
Everything is always good with Momox, so I am satisfied with the service again.

I ordered a few books and games which arrived yesterday. I filmed myself opening the package incase there were issues. I stopped filming after it seemed like everything was correct. After doing so I opened one of the games cases so I could play the game and discovered that it had the incorrect game inside so I started filming myself opening the other games. thankfully all the other cases seemed to have the correct game inside but I have not checked if they work yet. I have already tried to contact momox through their website and email and have not received any reply. The messages I have sent include
a link to the video of me unboxing the order and then the video of me when I discovered the incorrect game inside the case. I suspect that either the seller sold the item with the wrong game inside or that someone else has previously purchased the game swapped the "disc" (the game) inside the case and then returned it with the incorrect game. Either way Momox should have the responcibility to the check that the games have the correct "disc"(game) inside them before they send it.
(UPDATE)
I have been told that I will receive a refund for the item but I still have not received it and as such I will keep my review as 1/5 until I finally receive it after which I will once again update this review.
(UPDATE)
Totally forgot about this review but yes I did get my refund so increased my review from 1 star to 3.

Momox replied to my previous post with a number of apologies and a contact email address.
The contact email address does not work!!! Another delaying tactic. I have sent all the required documents several times. All I want now is a refund. Why can they not just check with the delivery agent because it did not arrive at my address?

To buy a second hand book, it is really fine but when you want to sell your own books (like I decided to do today) which look like new you get offered around 0,15cts (book bought 17euro and in a very good shape) so sorry to say that but it is really little respect for customers and people who made those books. In many case, your book is not accepted after tiping the isbn number. So better sale it on a marke, you get more money for your books and do not lose your time getting registered.

No tracking or real shipper name supplied. ("Media Germany" is not a real shipper.) Amazon now investigating German seller Momox for improperly charging "tax" at time of sale to U.S. buyers for goods costing less than $800 originating in Germany; Momox falsely claims it's a "customs or import fees" in form-letter replies to those demanding refund of this fraudulently obtained extra 11 percent surcharge. Because the item travels via USPS on last leg, Momox is participating in mail fraud, too. Seller should be banned from Amazon and prosecuted; my sense though is that Momox does such volume that Amazon won't crack down here, even though a lot of literal illegal stuff i afoot. All these same problems persist for Momox-Medimops, and the pro forma company responses acting like they'll "review the situation" are utter garbage/lip service; the order number was already been provided to Trustpilot. The problems at this company are real, and they are serious.

I left the following review on the other "momox" trustpilot page, but perhaps this is actually the current one they use?
Anyway... I bought a "very good" condition second-hand blu ray from them on Amazon UK.
It's a US blu ray which would have been twice the price to buy and import brand new so I took a chance on there seemingly generous Amazon listing.
The blu ray turned up and wow...
The outside of the case was pretty beaten up which was disappointing, but nothing could prepare me for what was to greet me on the inside when I opened it...
First off, the inside of the case was full of dirt. Not just dust, but actual, gravelly dirt.
The disc itself was also filthy. After a thorough wipe down it seemed "ok"... but there are still some marks there which might effect it playing.
But that's when I saw the pièce de résistance on the inside of the spine. Some kind of DRIED AND SHRIVVELED UP DEAD GRUB/LARVAE STUCK IN A COBWEB! A dead bug! A cobweb! INSIDE the case! Where's the Quality Control?! Absolutely vile.
I start to scan more closely and I see one of those miniscule red spiders (or "clover mites" as Google tells me they are called), dead of course. You know the ones. Borderline microscopic and unlikely to be the one that spun the web to ensnare the trapped grub, but when you add it all up I can't help but wonder whether this was buried in a garden at some point?
Then there's the messages on Amazon. After overcoming the minor language barrier, I was offered a partial refund (strong emphasis on "partial") or return the item for a full refund.
I sent them photographs of the state of the item they'd sent me but got no direct acknowledgement that anybody had actually opened the JPEGs to look upon the horrors they'd sent me. Just empty platitudes about "a defective item or an item that does not meet your expectations". Not meeting expectations has got to be the understatement of the century.
Of course, I have to pay out of my own pocket to send the damn thing back to momox which is just wonderful.
Utterly woeful company and I'm happy to see they've been pilloried with a 1.5 rating on their other trustpilot page. Richly deserved.

After contacting Momox, the lost item has turned up and the full amount will be credited to my account. That is why I am changing my opinion, it is the fairest thing on my part. I emphasize that until this shipment I had not had any problems with this company.

Selling was easy. There was one small problem which was easily clarified with the customer support. I have already used my coupons generated.
I would recommend it.
