I recently purchased an item at Mom's Bunk House. While the item ended up not working out, the customer service was amazing. Kristin was prompt and extremely pleasant to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I searched high and low for matching nightstand and desk for the bunk bed I already had. The few places that had them would put me on a back order list, and were trying to charge me an arm and a leg for delivery. Enter MOM's Bunk House... They really took good care of me, and, wow, that was a fast FREE delivery! Thanks!!!!

We purchased this bunk bed for our 8 year old daughter for Christmas, and she absolutely loves it! This is a very high quality bed with a beautiful finish. We were able to get rid of a big, bulky dresser since this bed offered so much storage. The assembly was not too difficult, and the only negative thing I can mention is that there were 2 missing pilot holes~ so my husband just created his own. The delivery time was very impressive, especially right before Christmas~ only 7 days! The packages also arrived in perfect condition and there weren't any scratched or damaged pieces. I would definitely recommend ordering from Mom's Bunk House.

Everything came in amazing condition, and it was easy to put together! My son loves his bed, his slide is his favorite part, underneath we store his toys! I am very pleased.

We orderd a bed for our daughter, it was too big and we are stuck with it now, so be careful, we could not return it.

We purchased a bunkbed/futon combo from MOM's Bunk House that has been ideal for our needs. Instead of shipping the item, the company delivered it to our door at no cost because we were in the same metro area. We greatly appreciated the excellent service!

I purchased two sets of bunks for my grandkids a couple of years ago and have been quite pleased with them. They were not too hard to assemble but did take a little. I have had compliments on them and I think they look great.

the experience was great. when ordered my daughter's captain bed with bookcase, there was a back order, I was informed immediately and was told when I will get my products. the shipping company they used was awesome too, the delivery guys were so professional and kind. recommend MOM's bunk house

Delivery was fast, received earlier than expected. When building the bunk bed the wood did chip in several areas when placing screws, also I did not like that all screws heads are exposed after putting bunk bed together, screw covers would be nice. I did only spend just over $350 and over all it does looks descent for the price.

This organization was easy to work with. Beds cam on time and were of good quality, although one side board broke easily. This was replace free of charge and in a timely fashion. I'd by from this company again.

So easy to click and order online, delivery was fast and bed was exactly as pictured, my daughter loves it! The only thing that should be noted is that for delivery there is signature required and would have been better to know that before delivery day and have to call delivery carrier and arrange to pick up at facility. Other than that I would order thru Moms bunk again!

We love the bunk bed and the skid wood quality!! Customer service was great as well-a couple screws were missing and they had them shipped right away and even followed up to make sure they made it there and worked!!

We purchased the twin over double with a trundle to accommodate three lively grandchildren at a time, but also hoped adults could use them, too ...the construction is simply not sturdy enough for that, and the ladder is already a bit wobbly, even though our grandkids are all5 and under and ONLY sleep up there and are very careful. I'm sorry I didn't purchase something locally. And I'm sorry to have to review negatively about this product!

Purchased a loft bed and a bunk bed. Both were exactly as described, shipped extremely quick, were delivered without any issues and I had minimal problems setting up.
One piece of advice though! Read through all instructions prior to starting. Last page had instructions to set up bunk beds with steps on reverse side...disassembly was not an option so I'll just make do. But that was an issue with the company; not moms bunk house

Bunk beds arrived with missing/broken pieces. After less than a years use, pieces started cracking.

I purchased a loft bed with a little playhouse and slide at a great price. It was shipped fast and arrived not damaged. It's the perfect height for a smaller child who would be to small for the normal height of a bunk bed.

We purchased a bunk bed for one of our homes, and we are so happy with the quality. We had our friends sleep over and they loved it so much they purchased the same bunk bed for their home from moms. Great Product and Excellent Quality.

I have to say, the customer service was exceptional! Unfortunately, we had to find this out the hard way as our bed broke just one week after owning it. There were zero supports provided with our bed and the poor grade of "wood" that it was made of gave way with only about 200lbs (my child and myself). We called the company right away, we're sent all the parts we needed to fix the bed with no questions asked. We also made supports ourselves so this wouldn't happen again!
