Not bad shed but terrible customer service
The shed itself is pretty good but we had several broken and damaged boards. My first message about this was over a month ago. They wanted pictures, a scan of the delivery lable, delivery note and the list of parts. I sent them all of this and indicated the broken parts (two are roof beams) But they keep asking me for the list that I had already sent, I have told them many times that I have sent it, and I have also resent it twice more. They have several times sent me messages to say they are looking in to it and will get back to me, that takes days before they do and then they ask for the list again. It is like some kind of poor service ground hog day. It is still unresolved. I asked for them to refund me a little so I can pay a carpenter to either repair or make new parts or send me replacement parts but they ignore this. I also asked to return a pack of shingles but they don't send me the necessary paperwork for that. It really feels like as a customer I am some kind of Joke to them. I have put the first date I messaged them as the 'date of experience' but it is on going. It is a shame because the product is good but it has alreaday lost them business because my parents and a friend who also want sheds asked how we got on with this company and no I absolutely would not reccemoned them on their customer service alone
