Not bad shed but terrible customer service

The shed itself is pretty good but we had several broken and damaged boards. My first message about this was over a month ago. They wanted pictures, a scan of the delivery lable, delivery note and the list of parts. I sent them all of this and indicated the broken parts (two are roof beams) But they keep asking me for the list that I had already sent, I have told them many times that I have sent it, and I have also resent it twice more. They have several times sent me messages to say they are looking in to it and will get back to me, that takes days before they do and then they ask for the list again. It is like some kind of poor service ground hog day. It is still unresolved. I asked for them to refund me a little so I can pay a carpenter to either repair or make new parts or send me replacement parts but they ignore this. I also asked to return a pack of shingles but they don't send me the necessary paperwork for that. It really feels like as a customer I am some kind of Joke to them. I have put the first date I messaged them as the 'date of experience' but it is on going. It is a shame because the product is good but it has alreaday lost them business because my parents and a friend who also want sheds asked how we got on with this company and no I absolutely would not reccemoned them on their customer service alone

We understand the frustration you felt at the time, especially with the repeated requests for information. The delay had been caused by the control form not being fully completed, which was unfortunately essential for the manufacturer to validate and dispatch the replacement parts.
Once we received the correctly filled form, your case was processed without further delay.

Your after-sales order with the new parts was then reserved in our June 2024 delivery and subsequently shipped, with the carrier contacting you to arrange delivery.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience you went through. Please rest assured that our team are constantly working to improve the efficiency of service based on feedback like yours.

Caution : No stock, awful service

Ordered a metal garden closet 1.5 month ago for 499€.
Never received.
I opened a ticket : no follow-up, no help, no answers.
I then asked for a refund: no answer, no money back.
I will now have to file an official complaint with the authorities

After a lot of difficulties and several additional calls with their "support" (no phone nb. just callback between 10am and 12am), I was finally refunded today more than 2 months later.
Probably not crooks after all, but definitely bad faith and awful service !
