Attention à la facturation

Grosse erreur : ne pas avoir demandé un devis avant l'intervention.
Résultat : 528 € que j'ai eu l'erreur de régler.
Pourquoi ?
Déplacement : 90 € HT - Rien à redire, ils sont venus rapidement
Recherche de panne : 170 € HT - Rien à redire, ils ont trouvé la panne.
Main d'oeuvre : 180 € HT - Facturation en double avec la recherche de panne car il n'y a eu que la recherche de panne.
J'ai envoyé un email pour demander de rectifier la facture et me faire rembourser la prestation en double. Aucune réponse.
Je ne recommande pas.
Ce message pourra servir à ceux qui, comme moi, appelleront trop vite.
Demandez impérativement un devis et vérifiez votre facture !!!
